Just wondering if our friends at Faithlife, like Alexander, might be having a " terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad day." The logos.com website and forums have been down most of the day (from here in Europe), and synching still seems to be an issue. Anyone else having trouble? Any way we can help, beside praying James 1 for us all?

I updated to Logos 6.6 SR-1 (6.6.0.0059) and restarted, several times, just to make sure. The problem does NOT appear to be fixed. Can anyone else confirm this? If not, I can post a video later to show what it's doing.

Hi, Dave I'm running a Macbook Air OS 10.9.5. Here's a link to the video on my Vimeo site : 140526546

It's doing that for me, too. As per Morris Proctor, I have tagged my commentaries (and Bibles and encyclopedias, etc.) into various collections so that I could just consult, for example "ExegeticalCommentaries" or "PastoralCommentaries," etc., and then cycle through one "stack" at a time, without cycling through every commentary on that book in my library

Looks like it's working fine now, Ryan. Merci beaucoup to you and your team.

Thanks, Mark. That's very cool, indeed.

Good idea, Odin. Maybe with an optional pane for reading tools, like highlighting, notes and clippings. That would be really helpful... and even fun! Should we suggest an option to change the background color?

I'm having the same problem on my ipod, Dan. Nothing whatsoever will show up under "Favorites" on the ipod. But, curiously, the next time I open L4 on my computer, the reference I tried to add on my ipod will show up on my computer under the "Favorites" tab. So something is happening.

Congratulations, Joe! Can you get Bob to include Europe in your "region" ? We'd sure appreciate a visit sometime !

Congratulations, Bob and Mrs. Bob ! We just celebrated 34 years. It's twice as sweet as it was at 17 . I can't wait till we hit 51. We'll pray the same for you both.

Good morning all, from France. Sorry to say that deleting the contents of the Library Index folder did not work either. It ran all night, but then stopped this morning with about 25 minutes to go, same MS error box. I've finally figured out how to enable logging using the Java script, so I'll give it another try and then send the log. I want to be kind

Strange, I deleted the library index and it still crashed with 25 minutes left. But I restarted L4 without deleting the library index, but this time with logging enabled... I figured I catch 'em red-handed this time and send it to Kevin! It went through almost another 12 hrs of indexing, and successfully ! A two-step process... sort of like the blind

Same thing, Lloyd. I have the AGES commentaires, but all I received with the upgrade in L4 was the volume by Haroutunian. None of the new commentaries (like in Rosie's post). I tried running the update script for L3, from my order page at Logos, and it doesn't pick up anything, not even Haroutunian, for L3. Looks like a busy Monday for our colleagues
-
That's right. You don't have to have L3 installed, but you do need a folder in "MyDocuments/Libronix DLS" for the folders "Annnotations", "ResourceMarkup", "PrayerLists", etc. When you "Import All" or just one of those items, L4 will look there for what it needs. So you can just copy those folders and files there. Mine all came in beautifully on a new

That was a happy surprise to wake up to this morning. Thanks, Dan. My order's in. And the high Euro makes it just a tad less painful.

Thanks, Mark. Some of us older-timers don't use Facebook (we don't want to embarras our kids), or even Twitter. A Forum is already pushing our technical abilities ! All that to say, if you and the other folks see a smoking deal, let us know! Merci beaucoup.

The 6:53 post of the "Logos 4" thread is doing is the same thing: "Site has moved" Tom, in the French Alps

We're on the same page, Daniel. Thanks. Are you a teacher or student at Aix?
