• Re: Wiki gone Wonkers
The Anonymous user is still active this morning, not only on the wiki page already mentioned but also on a new page: http://wiki.logos.com/sandbox
The sandbox changes were mine. I've since fixed the issue on wiki.logos.com and several other wikis. Thanks for letting us know about the problem.

  • Re: Strange BWS behavior...

Otto, in the first case, was NASB open before you clicked on the word? I'm able to reproduce this, but I want to make sure I can reproduce it correctly. When I have the resource open and click the word the first time, I am taken to the correct word in the Reverse Interlinear. If that's not the case, please let me know.
I see only package discount. Are other discounts are available? EDIT: Never mind, I see discounts. Thank you Logos very much
To clear up any remaining confusion, academic discounts now appear all over the site in place of the normal discounts. You can identify academic discounts in particular by adding items to your

  • Checkout problem

We found a bug in the checkout system when we deployed this morning that prevented unauthenticated users from adding items to their carts. Also, some of you may have had problems in the Order Summary page. We will be pushing out the fixes shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We should have the print css coming in the next few weeks. I know many of you have waited for this for quite a long time.

As usual, you can go to your past orders at https://www.logos.com/user/orders and get a fresh copy for your records. In many cases, you won't see the "Enjoy on any of our apps" messaging. (At least, on many of my old orders I don't see it.) The print css will be coming within the next few weeks, so you can still wait for that if you like.

I also can't replicate your issue, but I do notice that the scrolling isn't very smooth while the page is still loading. Are you trying to scroll while the page is in the process of loading? Your later comment about not having enough RAM to run Firefox makes me think that it has more to do with your machine than with the site. If there's something we

I can't remember now if this is brand new as of yesterday or if this has been out for longer, but the Order Summary now has social sharing buttons moved to the sidebar. The print CSS will be coming out in the next few iterations. We almost had it ready to roll out yesterday but noticed a few broken elements under certain conditions. Thank you for your

Tom, I missed your post above. Thanks for investigating. For those curious as to why I picked on Safari, when I landed on the ESV Study Bible Notes in Safari, the button didn't appear for at least 20 seconds, by which time I had switched back to the forums page. It appears to be rendering correctly, however, so I don't anticipate any issues for anyone
Well, I finally figured out my problem. It was related to the proxy server that I'm behind. For some reason, it wasn't allowing the response to the payment method pop-up to go through. Kind of odd, since the rest of logos.com seems to work fine. Anyways, thanks for your efforts, Ryan.
If you have something in your shopping cart, you should be able to quit your browser and reopen it with the items still in the cart and then try checking out. I did that once when I got distracted by an avalanche of email. I've had any number of anomalies with Safari and other browsers that disappear when you quit and restart
