    Ouch, wish I'd have gotten this message 15 minutes ago. I called tech support and they tried some things, that was not one of them, but anyway they wound up resetting my index which will take a few hours, so I can't do anything until then.   • Clause search templates?

    Good afternoon, I'm attempting to do a Clause Search, but when I click on CS I get this window, see pic. And the message that it's "currently disabled because the necessary resources are unavailable". All of the other tabs, Bible, Basic, etc., bring up a 'search helps' message with a window to type in, but CS brings up nothing. In order to type that

    Thank you for those instructions JT. It worked just as you said. I'm not sure I understand why or what happened, though. There was no blue icon, yesterday when this issue presented itself, but once I logged in, there was an icon and it updated. Blessings.

  • Program not responding

    My program isn't responding. I am on a Mac using Logos 8 and keep having to force quit and reopen. I've tried it 4 times now. I get the spinning gear and it's seems to be frozen. Other than what it normally does at the open, it's not updating because of new purchases. Anyone? Thanks.
