  • Re: Book of Revelation- Historic Premil

Rosie, with all due respect, but what you wrote [" Jesus shall reign !"] makes it seem as if Jesus will reign in the future. The Bible clearly teaches that Jesus IS already reigning, not that He will reign. Consider what will happen in the "end" -- 1 Corinthians 15:24-25, “ Then comes the end, when he delivers the kingdom to God the Father after destroying

  • Re: L4 and Precept (Inductive) Bible Studies.

Mind maps are a headache to me. I returned the i-mind map software that I had because it wouldn't really show it right on power point. Plus you had to create your presentation on Large format and it was a pain in the neck doing that. So I just try to do "hand written" mind maps when I can instead of software one. I wish I had a decent software for mind

" [Kay] Arthur didn't invent Inductive Study, although she might as well have . " Well, she didn't invent it because a MAN invented it...LOL...so she might as well have NOT. I like her book though, I wish it was available in Logos format

  • Re: New NIV Text Available Online November 1st.

Tom & Douglas, please consider the following [A real eye opener]. Here's a little information on Acts 8:37 which in my opinion should be included along with others that have been excluded from the Bible: Acts 8:37 (KJV) And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the

  • How long, how long...

Alright, it's been a while since Logos sent an email saying they wouldn't make it available in Libronix format -- my question is, How much longer do we have to wait to get the Logos 4 edition of the new Hebrew Audio Pronunciation. I could really use that right now; but some how it looks like the subject has gone into oblivion again. Any reports dear

  • Re: LOGOS E-Book Cost - NEW POST

Ummm! I wonder if his last name is Flintstone instead of Morgan...LOL...that "never let go" and "keep pounding on the same subject" attitude was typical in the pre-historic age. Actually, it resembles very much like what little children do when they think they're right and want to prove to the whole world that they're right. Don't worry Fred, I'll add

  • Re: WHY are you doing this to us????

I'd hate to say this Alex, but I agree with Romulo. You need to stop buying. The number of your resources is huge! Logos is a great tool and the resources are wonderful, but when you become a logosholic then I don't think is healthy for you and your budget. Anyway, my two cents. I buy and spend only what I can, but would not go beyond that or else it

How do I take advantage of Mr. Dan's offer if I didn't know about it until now. I cannot take a snapshot of the book of acts and philippians PNTC. Should I just call sales and tell them so they can give me the prepub price now that I have the money?

  • Re: Lexham Discourse Hebrew Bible Bundle - still "Gathering Interest"

I have a better idea. Why not apply the Discourse principles to the hebrew text. In my opinion, that's all you would really have to do, but then again, discourse grammar must be different in the O.T.

  • Re: Jewish Resources in Portfolio

Hello Hebrews and Shebrews! I totally agree with logos making a special Jewish resource bundle. It will be great to have it. I have my own customized logos resources more than the portafolio, but I do not have many of the resources that the portafolio offers. I would definitely buy the JPS resources and other Jewish resources if they came in a little

That's what I was about to ask. I mean, who in the world pays $70 dollars for internet? They must be ripping you off. I have cable internet and I DONT pay $70. Anyway, Bill's option is a good one. Get a lower internet package like DSL or dial up if it's still available. Hope your situation gets better. You might want to see a financial advisor too.

  • Butler's Analytical Bible Expositor as a set

I would really like to see John G. Butler's ABE as a set once the final volume gets release. I think buying them separate is a little too expensive (overpriced). With the current logos prices is impossible to say the usual..."print ratails for $155 but logos sells it for $130" because, really, it would not be truthful to say that, especially considering

Why not drop the subject. Really, everybody is looking stupid and immature trying to help a close minded person understand something that he just doesn't want to understand. The reason why logos closed the reseller channels is very simple -- THE BOSS (Bob) DOESN'T WANT THEM ANYMORE! You can't force the guy to go back to something he just doesn't WANT

Thanks for the links Ted, I'm within the 60 day Wordsearch return policy -- So I'll go ahead and return the Butler's Analytical B.E. and get the logos version instead. I will suggest to Logos to make the Biography series and Studies on the Savior available if they can. I only own a couple of print volumes and I would like to have them in Logos 4 format

Personally, I agree with your comments. However, if I were to mention the fact that I use other softwares, that doesn't mean I'm advertising them. For example, my # 1 Bible software is Logos 4 and I don't have to state the reasons, they are very obvious - Logos is the best in the business. My # 2 is WordSearch and I only have 3 reasons to use it: 1
