Maybe there is already a way to do this, I have been working with mobile ed outside of the course tool for awhile. Sometimes I find that I don't have the time or interest to read an article at the moment, but like to come back to it later. I was excited to see the Course Tool as a way to keep track of progress. I would love to see a little bit of flexibility

I was playing with the calendar in the sermon manager. I would like to use it for projects. I thought it would be really nice if a Hebrew Calendar was an option to see when different festivals are. Happy Hanukkah, friends! Does this already exist in Logos?

Thanks Mattilo, I got it to work. That free 2 months of Master Lectures looks pretty cool too. I recognize some of the instructor's names from spending time in Logos. Appreciate the share!

Thanks for the heads up. I guess the order number comes later? I have had this on prepub for awhile and it ships today? There goes the gift card I was just blessed with, lol. No more obsessing I guess.

Mike Winger has hours and hours into this. Everything he has produced on this is worth watching. His latest into it as mentioned above is having top scholars analyze it. They will be publishing papers. I am being cordial here. You need to educate yourself about this and everything surrounding it.

[quote user="Michael Kinch"] Thanks Angela. I agree with you regarding an intellectual study of the psalms. I think I need to have a good understanding as to what a particular psalm is saying and whatever background info I can grasp but the purpose of the Psalms is more to speak to the heart than to the mind. Good point on listening to Psalms. I was

Following. I love the Psalms as well. Also, I think it is great to study them, but also just know that letting them minister to you or praying them doesn't always require the intellectual type study. There are so many Psalms that seem to be written just because God knows how to minister to our hearts. Also recommend listening on biblegateway.com or

Any idea if the Christmas sale page goes through January?
-
Just a note that in segment 17 the link to the article is not an article on ethics as it says and makes sense, but an article on manuscripts. I easily searched, but I thought I would share.

People might have viewed this misunderstanding the title. I did. But I also did happen to view most of the Numbers course on Mobile Ed subscription. I enjoyed it, but I have gotten more out of other book studies. I don't know how much I attribute that to the subject matter. I tend to like more cultural/contextual information. I would recommend the author

I was wondering how this sale was going to work. I see it says new items every Monday. Does that mean the previous week's are gone at the end of the week or does it mean that more are added as the month goes on? Clearly prefer the latter. TIA.

Reread. End of 2021 is even better.

Great thread. Thanks for the heads up and it being to year end is great. I went ahead and bought Silver and am going to wait to pick the course and bonuses. I did put a reminder in my prayer list so it doesn't slip my mind. The idea of getting ones that are already in a bundle is very good. I saved a good deal of money by doing that in the past and

I think it depends on what you know about some of the authors... and sometimes that makes a resource less valuable. I kind of mismash from the different offerings and then just supplement books from authors I know are biblically sound. Honestly, it depends on what you already have, what you need, and what you are looking for. Keener has a new Gift and

I was excited about the Hebrew Bible as well as I want to learn Hebrew this winter. It made me smile.

Thanks for the heads up guys... though it adds even more analysis in my head. LOL.

I thought I would start a positive thread... I was initially really excited to see the Lexham Context Commentary because it is something I had thought about purchasing when it first came out, but that's personal to me more likely than most. I also think the Counseling Guide will be helpful for pastors that aren't particularly gifted toward counseling

I spent a lot of time debating. Months and months. I waited for sales and have switched things out. Also, because it's for my benefit and those I encourage-- not a professional. What I have found is that it seems overwhelming at first, but you appreciate more with Logos as you put time into it. Here's why I would keep the Silver (and bought the Silver
