  • Re: Help with Precept Inductive Bible Study

The Precept method utilizes their own "brand" of marking in inductive study. Mo's course will lay out the inductive method and many useful ways to incorporate Logos 4 into your study, but he does not use their proprietary marking system. Hope that helps!

  • Re: Logos 4 - can't close

The upper windows status bar is what is missing. I can't minimize, maximize or close the program with my mouse. I check loads of other programs, Logos 4 is the only program displaying this odd behavior. If I change my screen resolution it comes back. But when I reboot it is gone again. Strange. Any ideas how to fix it?

  • XPS to PDF anyone?

Does anyone know how I can print/export a xps file to PDF? I tried loading into Word and into PowerPoint and the result wasn't pretty, let me tell you! But seriously, if anyone knows of a way I would appreciate it. I am running Windows XP.

  • Beta install glitch

I changed my update option to beta. The download went without a hitch, but when I started the install (Windows 7) I get a message notifying me that I do not have sufficient privileges to install. (I installed to my D drive originally). I seem to remember running into this message on the intial install and I had to change the properties of the install

  • Re: Video Introducing the new features of Logos 4.1

Great job, Mark (as always!). One question that you didn't cover in the video. You said that pretty much, if you see it in Logos 4 you can print it. Does that apply to highloghing as well. For instance, if I have a text highlighted with the precept palette, would the highlighting be printed as well as the text?

  • Re: Systematic Theology for Newbies?

A non-cessationist is a believer (?) who explains away why what was normal (and necessary) for the first century is abnormal and unnecessary for everyone else. They have a doctrinal infastructure that explains why the plain meaning of Scripture isn't applicable to modern believers. A non-believing believer? :-)

I know of no one within historic Christianity that disputes the fact that Jesus arose on Sunday morning, the debate is what day He was crucified. Several have argued whether the prophesy by Jesus was literal

I am a long time Logos user. I just finished a book manuscript entitled The Love Language of God , subtitled, Loving God: God's Way .It is being published by Destiny Image Publishing, and will be available in February of '11. It is a pretty good sized book, over 350 pages and has over 800 footnotes. A vast majority of those footnotes were researched
