  • unable to connect to Song select through Proclaim

    hello, Our CCLI song select membership lapsed , but we have renewed it, and are able to log into Song select through CCLI, but not using Proclaim, as we were prior to the subscription lapsing. I tried removing the CCLI link and reconnecting it but it still says "An error occurred getting results"; Can you help us resolve this issue please? 4807.Proclaim
