• Downloading & Unlocking the software

    I purchased Logos 4 back in January. As of today I have not been able to get past the Unlock & Download screen in My Account/Order History. I have emailed Logos, I have called and at this point am frustrated and will likely be requesting my money back for a product that has been paid for but can not be accessed. The error message I get is: Name: update
We were able to hire a number of members of the Wordsearch team to join us. You'll continue to see/hear familiar names, faces, and voices when you call, email, etc. They're still answers the phones, responding to email, etc. We're grateful to have these talented and passionate folks as part of the Faithlife family

  • Wordsearch Perks Program

    I got the email about making sure my billing, etc. is up to date in Logos. I am grateful the perks program is gonna "carry over." My questions are: 1) I just enrolled in the Perks Program in Janaury 2020. So technically I am covered until January 2021, right? If not, will there be a credit issued (esp. considering #2 below)? 2) How does the Perks Program
So far, my experience has been less than satisfactory. I tried downloading the Logos software to my computer to no avail (says file missing). When using the web version, I noticed that my resource, Dispensational Truth , was text only, and the charts and other features are "sold separately." I paid almost $100 for that resource

    Hey Fam! If you're new to Logos you really should check these out. It really is like learning how to dance: Take some time to learn the basics and stuff starts to open up for you. Plus Doc Proctor is a fun dude to learn from.
Overall, I like Logos, (I’ve used both since QuickVerse days and Libronix days) and each had strengths For example, Logos is a true 64 bit app, and it doesn’t seem to care how many resources I have open. It is so fast! I like the ability of being able to change the background colors to make it easier on the eyes
I've been a Wordsearch user for many years. What made me choose them over all other Bible software platforms is that they had the Thompson Chain Reference tools available. I use the Thompson Chain Reference tools in Wordsearch all the time (for virtually every sermon/bible study I prepare). I see the Thompson Chain resources

  • BibleWorks->Wordsearch->Logos -- What's that look like?

    Hey everyone! I had BibleWorks 9 when they stopped working on it as a software. Later I saw Wordsearch stepped in and made it possible to bring in some of the BW collection. I didn't pursue this at that time because I had Logos (which is way more user friendly than BW). For those who did the transition into Wordsearch: how did that look for you in WS

    What's up everyone!?! I'm both excited and tentative to have the resources combined. I have 2 separate emails for both programs. I wonder if it is wise to keep it like this until all resources are confirmed migrated to Logos from Wordsearch, then verify all is good before combining the 2. This may be helpful in "tracking" what comes over and what does
1) Is there a time limit to have accounts combined?
There is no time limit to have accounts merged. Customer service will be able to handle that for you whenever you are ready. Quote This is good news! Thanks!
