I have the same problem on my Macbook! Also, when I click on the plus sign within the syntax search page, all I get is a white empty box with no populated categories.

  • Resource for literary typing!

I recently read an article by Haddon Robinson regarding the need for preachers to allow the "type" of genre of the biblical text to determine the sermonic style. Does anyone know of a Logos resource that gives insight on this subject...hopefully with examples. Thanks! Terry

Hello Philana, Your idea using the PBB is great...I hadn't thought of that! I was also blessed by your instructional video for creating an iMovie w/Google map coordinates from Logos4 maps. Keep up the innovative work! Thanks, Terry

  • Prof. Horner's Bible Reading Plan

Hello Logos Family, I would like to know if there has been a 2012 L4 version of Prof. Horner's Bible Reading Plan that allows you to read 10 full chapters per day as the plan prescribes. The plan that I've found in L4 allows you to read 10 books but not 10 full chapters/day. I'm hoping this is possible so that I won't have to use the Youversion version

  • New Resources Won't Update!

Hello LogosMac users, I'm running Lion 10.7 on my Macbook w/4g of memory. Logos has been running pretty well, although it seems a little slower, since upgrading to Lion. However, a major problem I'm having is that my newly purchased resources won't automatically update. I've invoked the Update feature within the program and it indicates that new resources

  • New International Commentary question

Hello Logos forum, I am considering purchasing the New International Commentary series but I'd like to find out if anyone that has used it has found it useful enough to justify the price. I'm willing to invest in my craft but I want to make wise choices. What makes it worth the money...even at the discounted price? Thanks, Terry

  • Re: B1 missing resources

Tom, thanks for all of your help. I removed the entire Libronix library from my Mac HD, restarted L4 and voila...it's working. My resources have been d/l'd and are now indexing. It does appear that the number of resources showing up is far less than I actually own, (by nearly 400), but who's counting? If there is a way to get L4 to include more resources

  • Re: B1 missing resources

Ok tom, you were absolutely right about the multiple libraries. I had no idea that I had more than one on this computer. I did delete the file and started L4 but to no avail. It would not read the resources.

  • Re: B1 missing resources

Hi Tom, that file doesn't exist. In my frustration, I deleted the Libronix/L4 folders before reinstalling L4. I then noticed that there were no resources in the L4 resources folder. I had a bright idea to copy the resources from my backed up libronix resources folder into the L4 resources folder but the system still does not recognize any of my books

Hello Tom, I got frustrated w/L4 and deleted the program and reinstalled it. The resources d/l process took several hours and when completed, they still were not accessible. Idk what is wrong but this problem is extremely annoying. Please advise. Thanks Terry
