Haha! Had to google that right quick...but you are right. Looks like I had the wrong name for the character...but it looks like Levi knew what I was trying to say. I did just try the back slash instead (the truly true back slash) and the results for the issue remained: the words behind the back slash ("\") did not render a hit when queried. Do you get

Actually...now I can find the fist word before the backslash. It seems like it is the words connected after the backslash. So now I am getting the results you did. It is interesting that a backslash by itself renders results in the search. For me I am getting more search results that do not actually have the character (backslash). Is this and the above

Thanks for the reply! This is what the note text looks like, yes. However, just search for one of the words in the phrase with the backslash: e.g. "expecting" or "anticipating". It would be nice to even be able to get a match just using parts of either of those words(i.e. "expect" or "anticip").

Good Morning! I just discovered that I cannot find notes that have a backslash in the text. In many of my notes I have a written out tag line at the top to help in finding (unfortunately not able to organize by) notes. Example: "Be Ready: Expecting/Anticipating HIS Return" If I try to search/find "expect," "expecting," "anticipating" in the note in

Aha! Wow! I missed this too! Had tried like 3x and then shrugged my shoulders and moved on. Good catch and thanks for the post guys! **Still wish we could organize notes in a notebook(?) by a heading of some sort like in L7
-
Ok. so the highlights that were associated with "resource specific" in the latter version are no longer in a specific notebook? Not sure if that makes sense since that option is not available now. As for the titles - I am at a loss since I had created a whole notebook with cross-references using the title option to sort them out. Now I'll just have
-
Good morning! I had labeled many of my notes in notebooks with the subnote title (not really sure if this was the name for it), but now that labeling section when making notes is missing and has made finding/organizing these notes less fluid/functional. I have also noticed that it seems like you have to associate every highlight palette with either

Still having issues with this on my new(er) device. Just bumping this up if I can by responding to it again.

This is great to hear! I did get a tech from Logos to call me and he advised it was a video card (or something like that) in my surface pro 2. HOWEVER... I just got a replacement for this device (I lost my original one... : ( ), and it too is having the same issue(s) with the Logos homescreen. So now I a have to deduce that this is not an issue with

Hello from the cracks!! Haha! The issue happens on both touch and with the scroll on the touchpad. It also happens with a plugged in mouse. :( Are more logs needed? in HIM rs

Good Afternoon! Recently the popup text for Scripture passages has been inordinantly small. How do I change to make it better for the eyes and to make it more useful? Description: When there is a bible verse in a text, it is hyperlinked. When you scroll over it with a cursor a window pops up and the verse text is displayed. Recently this text in the

I am running L7, too -- didn't mention that above. Thanks again! rs

Hello! When I tap/click the home button (top left corner) the home screen w/all the info populates. However, when I try to scroll, or even swipe with touch screen, the screen does not scroll. The scroll bars do not scroll or move, either. The left hand panel (prayer list, etc.) does not scroll either. Please advise what I should do. I've tried rebooting
Just a guess but did you buy any of the packages on the right that this is included in? It may be that if you did then you have it coming no matter so they block you from bidding.
Ah yes...that's probably it. Good looking out, Steve!!

Hey Fam, Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but I recently got a message from FL about a community pricing update (I bid low). When I went to the page to up my bid I found I was/am not able to ( https://www.logos.com/product/38770/a-new-commentary-on-holy-scripture-including-the-apocrypha ). I have tried on both Chrome and IE. I've even logged

Greetings! Yes, I was able to do these searches before (albeit only experimentally - without a know how of how to legitimately use/leverage the tool). I just restarted my entire system and now it seems to be working. Will look into how to utilize this feature further, as I had an itch to bet more specific on syntax related searches. Thanks for the help
-
When I click on this option in my search tab I get a message at the top saying, "Syntax features are currently disabled because the necessary resources are currently unavailable". Can somebody help me out to get these resources back up? I have L7 and have Logos Now, too. Are these resources gone w/new version of Logos? I know I was able to use this

To question 2: Beside the dataset/resources for the features section (Under all the resources) there are little green dots/emblems (indicating I own) by some of these datasets/resources. However, there are several that do not have this green dot/emblem. My guess is that because I am a Logos Now subscriber that I do not "own" the dataset/resource(s)
