I think this works the same way in the Logos Bible Software

  • Re: Citations
Sam this is possible now, at least with the current Beta. Did not check it out on the stable version of Logos. See attachment.
I tried this with the beta version on my laptop with success but only if I copied and pasted the highlighted text instead of dragging and dropping it; still this is enormously helpful

I'm bumping this because I really think it deserves some consideration, this would really be a helpful function.

  • Citations

Would it be possible to have note files automatically include a citation associated with text that is dragged and dropped into the note files from other resources? This is already a feature in clippings but it would be immensely helpful if this was available for the note files as well.
I personally would rather have Mark be able to continue the series without any pressure until he feels satisfied that he's done with it. I'm afraid that having them linked in from the "official" video tutorials website prematurely might get people knocking on his door to hurry up and finish the series.
I totally agree
These are unofficial because Mark took it upon himself to do them, on his own time. Nobody from Logos asked him to do it, nor have they sanctioned them, nor even linked to them (yet) from their own video tutorial page , nor offered to reward him.
I knew why Mark had labeled them unofficial but I can't believe that

I have to ask this question, because there is something about these videos that doesn't make sense to me. Why are these "unofficial"?... if any videos ever deserved official presentation by Logos, then these do. These should be hosted and sponsored by Logos. Customers will buy more resources when they have a better understanding of how to use the program

As far as I know I will never be able to afford Portfolio, although it would be nice, but I've already spent over $6600.00 on Gold + a bunch of add-ons. I would like to upgrade to Platinum at least but I got to looking at it and found something to be rather irritating, not that I want to complain but I just can't help mentioning this at least. Right
Am I too optimistic?
Read through a few of C.H. Spurgeon's sermons and see how long it takes you to find 5 of them. I would be willing to bet that you could do it inside of 30 minutes to an hour. I'm sure there are probably other resources with the same problem, but it is what it is; I love Spurgeon so I continue reading
