• Re: Integrating Spritz technology for Logos

They do now, but I can't preload a big section on biblia. Just a page at a time and bible references are jarring.

  • Re: Integrating Spritz technology for Logos

When I saw it, I remember thinking I saw it before years ago... and I think I remember seeing something similar on Bob's twitter (though I may be mistaken). He was (if I remember) simply commenting on the technology. Anyone else remember seeing this a long time ago?

  • Re: 4.6 (4.60.0.2972) available for download

OK, so I'll admit it wasn't wise to load an update on Saturday night before church the next morning, when I plan on using it a bit before evening service, but I did and now I'm crashing on start-up. (Mac). Oy. Glad I have my iPad. IF I get time this week, I'll figure out the log stuff so I can help other people, if I don't I guess I just reinstall from

  • Downloads always hang?

Does anyone else have the issue where the download just stops at a certain percentage? I've had it since installing on the iMac. Let me know if you had it and how you fixed it. Mac Newb here.

  • Downloads Get Stuck?!?

I added some collections to my library today, but on my mac, the downloads keep getting stuck. It's happened before, but I'm curious if anyone else has any problems. I'm on a 2011 iMac (i5) with standard HDD.

  • Re: Logos 4 still not up to speed (no pun intended)

I'm kind of glad to see this thread. I recently purchased an i5 iMac with the 500GB HDD. I have an i7 Windows laptop with Logos on an SDD. I had hoped to get rid of the Windows laptop and go just mac, but Logos was frustratingly slow, and I thought it was maybe being spoiled on SSD. Can't wait for the performance enhancing updates!

  • Re: Time for Another Breakup?

There's an interesting but very brief quote from Bob on this video which basically says that collections are an important part of what makes Logos attractive to publishers, because it helps them get revenue on books that otherwise they wouldn't be able to sell.
Maybe if publishers wouldn

  • Anyone copied their entire library?

I know it would be nuts because you have to go resource by resource, but I'm curious: How many resources did you copy and about how much space did it take up? I've got the 64 gig iPod Touch and have 1574 resources available now (thanks to Galaxie's availability!) and (though it's more theoretical) I want to know how much space the library would take

More power to you Steve! I'm waiting until the ultimate phone breaks up with the loser phone network. The one-sided relationship has been going on too long!

  • Re: Why are many public doman books not available on iPhone/Mobile Web?

Just a guess, but time? They may have people working on a bunch of other books, and maybe those are on the list, but on a back burner? I guess the migration to Mobile isn't automated.

  • All offline books disappeared

So all of my locally saved books are gone except the last one that I saved. I don't know if it is related but here's what I did: *bought a new book from the website on the iPod Touch *opened Logos on iPod, saved the book locally, read some *opened the program later while offline, and that was my only downloaded book.

  • iPad Data Usage?

Does the iPad make it easy to know how much data was used by Logos? My plan is to download my main resources, but at Church, there is no Wifi, SO- I'd need to use the 3g data plan. Any iPad owners know how much data you use per session (and want to fill in how intensive your session was?) Bob posted this: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/5965/46317
