Thank you Jack for such a speedy response! I'll just try using less resources at the same time and wait for the update.

I am running Mac OS 10.8.2 (and Kaspersky Security, if that's relavant). I have a 2012 MBP 2.5 Ghz, 8 GB RAM, 500GB Hard Drive (85GB available). Attached is my logging file. Logos crashes relatively soon after starting, after using various tools/commands, like switching books, doing a search and sometimes it just crashes on it own quietly while running

Are the videos still lost in space (Workman, etc)? I use Logos 4.5 for Mac Thanks (Any chance of getting them back in QuickTime format, to run outside of Logos)?

Thanks for your help and posting in the forums!

Offline reading means that you are not using an internet connection, no WLAN, no router etc. It seems that with certain app updates, the previously downloaded books for offline viewing disappear. I hope Logos will resolve that the downloaded books remain on the iPad/iPhone despite an app upgrade.

Thank you for posting that! I totally forgot about swiping to the right. I would only touch the arrow and the right and it would open the plan. At least a redundant plan is effectively deleted on my iPad and laptop! Yay! Now I'm just waiting for the current, correct reading plan to sync and reappear on the iPad. It has happened before. I'll check back

Wow, Melissa, thank you! That's great news and I'm sure I won't be the only one happy about it! Jeff

Greetings, I haven't posted to the Logos Mac blog for a while simply because I'm busy and happy using the product. I'm running Logos 4.3. What's so wonderful is that Logos for Mac is so comprehensive that I never use the Windows version running Parallels anymore. That also means that my other Windows based Bible programs have gone into retirement. Soooo

Thank you David. Your prompt answer plus the coming fix is exactly what I meant when I said that Logos has motivated programmers who are preparing good things for the next releases! greetings from Munich, Jeff

Here are my 2 cents. First of all, my experience with both Logos and Accordance customer service puts them both at the top of ALL applications on my Mac. They are both exemplary in their promptness, understanding, clarity and helpfulness. Both companies have a good philosophy here and good employees carrying it out. Quick Verse on the other hand...

Since most of my iPad use has been in the vicinity of a WLAN, I only this past weekend discovered that all my books which I downloaded for offline reading were indeed not there. Then I tried it with my iPhone and when I clicked on the "Library" icon down below, I only got a blank white screen. Having books available offline is especially helpful here

I had a similar issue with an RC Sproul Library, that came direct from Baker Publishing. The challenge there was it was only compatible with Libronix 2 (!) for Windows. What normally should work is if you have a Libronix 3 running on Windows, then you should be able to active the software there. The next step is to then choose the "Synchronize Licenses

Hi Si, Thanks for the tip. When I started L4 back up it was scanning the CD, so I got my hopes up. It ended up still not recognizing the books. But at least I know what to do for the next step, calling customer service. Thanks for your consideration. Jeff

Greetings, Is this a question for this forum, or for customer service? I have 26 RC Sproul resources that show up on my Windows version of Logos 4, and as far as I know most of them show up on my iPhone as well. On Logos 4 Beta 11 for Mac, only 5 resources display themselves in the Library, when doing an RC Sproul search. (this is not a new problem

Whenever I highlight a portion of text, to write a corresponding note, it opens the Notes window, BUT the notes window always starts at the BEGINNING, literally, at the Notes written for verses in Genesis, rather than appearing at the reference just highlighted. It is then necessary to scroll down and find the reference that was just highlighted, to

Hi Tom, Hi Alan, I've got wacky fonts too, appearing in the Notes function. You can see that the abbreviated quotation of the verse is even abbreviated in the size of the font. Thanks for addressing these things. The progress has been great. Jeff 3021.Archive.zip

I think I found out something about this: there are "hidden links" behind the grey field where the tabs are (at least in this case). You can see from the attached screenshots. A "hidden" hyperlink opens a popup of Ps 37:1-7. The hyperlink for Psalm 37:1-7 is exactly in this spot, part of the Bible Reading Plan, BUT it is "behind" the grey tab. The second
