• Bug in Note Files hierarchy.

Hello Everyone, I am running 4.0d Beta 3, and as I was working with Notes I see a problem with the Notes hierarchy. I understand the when I don't have any Note File opened on my workspace and I want to create a note by right clicking on a passage or text, the last Note File that I used should appear in the right-click menu. I have done it a couple of

Rosie, Yes, I tried to hold down the CTRL key and other sorts of commands before I got the CTRL+Z. Thanks for confirming that it is a non designed command.
But I won't tell anybody if you don't (as they will want to fix it). Unless/until Logos implements a proper copy note command.
Yes, let us not tell anybody ! If

  • Copying Notes from one Note File to another.

Hello All, I was studying the Note File features and wanted to know what could we do to copy Notes from one Note File to another. So, I see that it is possible to drag one Note from one Note File to another. But then I saw that it does not copy the Note, it transfers. So, when I drag the Note it is removed from the original Note File and replaced in

  • How to do a syntax search.

Hello everyone, Part of my ThM thesis is an exegesis of Ps 75. The text is pretty difficult to interpret. In verse 2 (BHS), the last clause reads something like "they recount your wonders." The clause does not have a definite subject. The subject is in the conjugation of the verb "saphar" (3rd person, plural). When translating from Hebrew to English

  • Trying to find Hebrew word through Search Panel.

I was doing a search using the feature of typing phonetically to find all the occurrences of "kaasher" ( כאשׁר ) in BDB. Typing "kaasher" or "kasher" suffice to show me the correspondent Hebrew word that I want to search. However, I get zero as a result. Now, if I copy the Hebrew word from by the BDB itself (let's say, one occurrence that I found),

  • Searching Note Files

Hello all, Does anybody knows a way to search for a particular word of phrase in all my Note Files? I can search a Note File through the CTRL + F function, but what about searching all the Note Files? There should be a way through the Command Box but I could not figure it out. I thank in advance for any help. Blessings

  • Re: Logos 4 features for teaching and pastorate

Hello Richard, Thank you very much for taking the time to answer this post. I understand that the topic is not easy, so I really appreciate your comments. I agree with the new features that you pointed out like Biblical People, Places & Thinks... I believe that the "presentation" features, like the F8, the drawing mode, etc... I find it very valuable

  • NIV Interlinear

Hello all, I have noticed that the Logos 4 instance of people who just bought Logos 4 (in this Month - Jan-2011) the NIV is not Interlinear. What is going on? Is that true that the NIV will not come as Interlinear anymore? Did anybody just purchased Logos 4? Can you confirm if your NIV is Interlinear or not? Blessings,

Richard, In my machine, that is working fine, I have the NIV1984 with the "Display" button and I can see the interlinear text in the NT. Now in a couple of computers of people who just purchased, or upgraded to Logos 4, the NIV1984 is there, but there is no "Display" button, there is no Morphological data behind the English text, etc. The NIV1984 is

The problem with Logos Company and what makes me frustrated with how they sell their product is: Logos 4 PC = Over 14 month after L4 was released and they don't have all the features from the previous version done yet (I know things changed, but there are missing features that they have promised to implement and they did not yet). Thank you all for taking the time to answer my post. I understand the arguments that Mr. Pritchett wrote explaining that things are "not that simple" when comparing electronic with paper copies of books. However, I don't find some of his argument reasonable. I would like to restrict my comparisons with the book I was looking for: Our Father Have Told

  • Order of search results.

Hello. I signed in into my account and tried a search. I was searching for "Mowinckel" in WBC vol 20 (Psalms). I got the results but it is "out of order." I mean, it is not in order of appearance in the Book. The first result is for Psalm 68, then 90, 55, 82, 95... So, is it a bug or am I missing something. Blessings,
