  • Re: Indexing never ends.

Christie, the installation of 7.14 SR-1 fixed the problem for me. My indexing is done. Have you become Beta Tester to install the SR-1? I mean, you have confirmed that you have the SR-1 installed. I am sorry if I am being too basic here I just want to double check that you really have the right version to fix the problem. For me, as soon as I became

Thanks a lot Bradley for your explanations. Do you have an idea how long should take for the fix be shipped? If it will take more than 2 weeks I would like to try the workaround. Can you explain here what I have to do?

Please see attached the Log files of my last attempt to make it work. Now I have Bitlocker Off and on a health check of my SSD no problems were found. I will do through another Indexing turning of all that I can (anti-virus, not so important Windows processes). Thanks again 5700.Logos Log Files.zip

Thanks a lot for your feedback Keep Smiling. I will check my SSD health. Bitlocker is enabled. I will turn this off but I have had this Surface for 3 years always with Bitlocker on and never had a problem, but anyway, if this solves the problem, that is fine for me. Thanks again.

  • Re: Indexing never ends.

After enabling logging I decided to rebuild index just to be sure the whole process gets logged. However indexing is in only 15% after more than 1 hour indexing (my machine: Surface Pro 3, i5, 4Gb RAM, 125Gb SSD [showing 53Gb of free space at this moment]). I believe I will have to pause indexing because I will need to go home. If the logging does not

Thanks for you help Keep Smiling. Concerning moving Logos 7 to another drive, I gave it up, I need Logos running asap so, I kept myself in the traditional installation - like being converted to an Orthodox Logos Theology. I thought the logging was enable, but anyway it is enabled now. However, Indexing was running when I enabled it. I shut down Logos

  • Indexing never ends.

Hi everyone. After trying to install Logos in a different driver I got problems with my installation. So, I decided to do a clean install of Logos7. However it did not solve the problem because Indexing would always start from 0% every time I open Logos. So I tried to rebuild the Index but it did not solve the problem. So then I decided to format my

  • Re: Finding any city/location where Paul had been.

Thanks a lot Bruce. Great to know that we can do that with the Louw-Nida. I was wondering if the same result would be possible with Bible Sense Lexicon. I was doing some researches on that now. Thanks again.

Note that I am using Logos 7 Basic Package, so I don't have Louw-Nida lexicon in order to consult the numbers range for all biblical places.

  • Finding any city/location where Paul had been.

Hi everione. I was wondering if there is a way to search for something like: <Place *> AND <Person Paul> or <Place "Any"> AND <Person Paul> Let's say I want to see all the places that Paul went in the book of Acts. How to build it? The Sense Lexicon did not help me on that.

  • Re: How to add quotes from Bibles and Commentaries on Sermon Document

Graham, with copy/paste it does work. I can't figure out why a couple of times it was not working even trying in 3 different documents, but now I could make it work on the Sermon Document that I need. Sometimes it seems it takes a while to work, but I am not confident to affirm it. Thanks so much.

Thanks for your reply, Graham. Still doesn't work with copy/paste. I have a Logos 7 Basic Package with Full Feature Set running on Windows 10.

  • How to add quotes from Bibles and Commentaries on Sermon Document

Hi everyone, I have not been able to add quotes from commentaries and bible texts in a Sermon Document in a way that it automatically creates a blockquote and slides. As seen in this video (@ 0:45): https://logos.wistia.com/medias/x1wmmxn8w5 Se that the Sermon Panel has changed from what we have in the video and what we have now. I appreciate if someone
