Hello everyone, I would like to ask for help. I have Sermon Files installed on my L3. My course advisor and a fellow student have the Sermon File installed as well. When I run the Passage Guide on Psalm 82 it shows me the option "My Sermons," because I have a sermon on Psalm 82. However, the other student and my advisor do not get this feature in their

Kevin, Thank you very much for your reply. Unfortunately I have already done all these steps that you described but it still not working. All of us are with 3.0g and I have run the addon update script on my computer and my advisor's. But he still not having the "My Sermon" option showing up. I have also checked if they have compiled their sermons. So

Hi Melissa, Thank you very much for your reply. I will be waiting for updates. Blessings, Nielsen

I have tried to understand what the option "revert to template" does. It is located in the Guide options. I clicked on it in the default Passage Guide and in a Custom Passage Guide but I did not see what it does. Could someone explain its function? Blessings
-
Thank you very much Philip. You are right. That is the function. I have just tried it now. Thanks again, Blessings

I am relly happy that you all are discussing this issue. I am here in the US studying at Calvin Theological Seminary but I am from Brazil. I thank the Lord that here I have the opportunity to buy Logos 4 , however this is not the case for most of the pastors in Brazil. A Portuguese (in Brazil we speak Portuguese, not Spanish :) ) version of Libronix

Hi everyone, I was trying to create a collection to use in the Parallel Resource with the BHS and NA27. My idea was to have the NA27 as a parallel resource just in case I am in the BHS and want to see a NT text. I created the Collection but I got one problem, when the collection shows up in the Parallel Resources, only the Hebrew resources appear; the
-
Dear Robert and Todd, Thank you very much for your replies. With Todd's explanation I now understand better the concept of the parallel resources in L4. Actually I was making a couple of tests with parallel resources and was hoping to be able to do something similar to the serial resource association from L3. There I could have my BHS open and if I

YES!! I am also a big Evernote user and would REALLY appreciate if we could have L4 and Evernote talking to each other. Could somebody from Logos tell us if this would be possible, in the future?
CTRL -Y should have restored things to the previous setting, e.g. file back in the original and not in the new.
Philip, sorry I did not explain clearly (English is not my first language as you can see!). CTRL + Z did restore thing to my original Note FIle. So, I drag the Note I wanted to copy to the new Note File

Philip, I am sorry. I put it wrong. Instead of CTRL+Y, please read CTRL-Z, as it is the Undo shortcut. So, everything I am saying is through CTRL+Z. I have edited my posts already.

Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE HE Hello everyone, I saw that there are a couple of posts about how L4 deals with the links in the Lexicons. For instance, depending on how you have prioritized your lexicons, if you open DBL and click on a TWOT/TWNT link it will not go to the TWOT/TWNT, instead it will keep you in the very same place in the DBL
-
Rosie, I believe Kevin is right. I pasted the text from MS Word. I guess that should be the problem. I use Firefox as web browser.

Dave, I agree with you that L3 is too complex for providing too many setting. And that is exactly my point here. As Mark has pointed out, it should be simpler. So, you mention that Bob spoke on working Prioritization "out of the box" for most people. But in fact, Prioritization will only work well if I know how to do advanced prioritization. What I
-
That's correct. However, what I and the OP seem to both want is for the link to jump to the TWOT (if that's what the link is) without going through advanced prioritization. I want the left click to work intuitively and see no reason for it not to.
Mark, thanks for putting it very clear what is the issue here. That

Dear Graham, First of all, thank you very much for your willingness to help. You did help me.You gave me a good start. Based on what you posted I made a small change on the syntax search: You can see that all I did was to ask for clauses where the Finite Verb appears first. With this search verse 4 was removed from the result. Now, that was a good start

Hello all, In L3 we can classifying our Notes as "Comment," "Support," "Issue," or "Question." I just want to confirm that it is gone. I mean, I just want to be sure we don't have this feature and we will not have it in L4. I believe the Note Style is gone as well, right? I don't use these features at all but as I help people to work with L4 I want

Hello Kavin, Thanks for your quick response. Unfortunately it is the very NIV84 that I cannot see the Interlinear in the New Testament. I have it because I bough my Logos 4 over 1 year ago, but some new students who just bough it, they have the NIV84 but it is not interlinear at all. Is this a bug? It is not only one student with this problem, I noticed
