  • Re: Resources on Transgender

Ha! I meant rescue, though I do figure both are apt!! Depending on which way you respond to God's call to repentance!

  • Re: Resources on Transgender

I'd second Dan on his recommendation. I own the print copy of "The Complete Guide" (and we keep several copies in our resource cabinets of Pastoral Care References at our Church) and have also heard Joe Dallas and Dr Heche speak at a conference on the topic of ministry to those with Same Sex Attractions (SSA). I've been waiting for it to come to Logos

  • Re: Learning to shop better on Logos

Now that you mention it, with 10's of thousands of books available, there's probably so much more that I would love to purchase that I don't even realize! I'm not sure if this is a good thing... Or a bad thing! I've often searched through publishers that I like and trust or titles and authors I know of. Maybe a highlighted author or the month on the

  • Re: It's been a while...iWork Pages

Joining the conversation on this one from another thread. No citations into pages for me. I'm open to the third party workaround, but would most definitely appreciate it to cite through logos (that's what it was designed to do.

  • Re: Copy function ignores citation style setting

Thanks! I'll give it a read and then try to copy/paste into word instead. I thought I remembered being able to directly copy text into pages within logos? I'll read your link and see what answers I find. Appreciate the help!

I was JUST noticing the same! I was trying to copy and paste from a couple commentaries onto a Pages document and there was no citation along with it. Funny because I was specifically hoping it would cite because I wanted the family member I was going to send it to would see the source the info came with.

  • Re: Help Creating a Personal Illustration Database

Thanks Kevin! I'll take some time to check those out today - I've been using logos for a few years and really enjoying it, but am new to creating my own content. I also saw your signature links links and will search the Wiki as well!

  • Help Creating a Personal Illustration Database

Hello All! I'm continuing to learn more and more of L5 - especially creating my own content. Something I have wanted to create/compile is a file of illustrations and stories that are searchable in My Content (or in the Illustrations Section of the Passage Guide, maybe? Similare to how my 7700 Illustrations Book does) I'm not sure how to properly approach

  • Re: Suggestion: Charismatic Titles

Thanks for the great links! I swooped up the Spirit Filled Bible as well - i used/colored/marked my print NKJV one till it fell apart (still have all the pieces too.) Definitely some John Wimber, some Wigglesworth would be good stuff too!

  • Suggestion: Charismatic Titles

Hey All... long time lurker, first time post! Love the Logos software and the community seems to be a pretty likable bunch! Had a question/suggestion about bringing (or maybe directing me towards) some titles for us in the louder, Charismatic section of church. Maybe some Kenneth Hagin, John Bevere, Faith Movement stuff? I was super stoked to see the
