Thanks Bill and Anthony, That makes sense. I have been in on the beta stream all the way along. I don't often follow the forum posts because there's so much info here that I end up getting distracted. Thanks for all your help. Peace & Blessings, Colin+

I'm a little perplexed. I haven't ordered L6 ( yet ) however, here's part of what came up on my screen this morning. I was going to get a phone number for Faithlife and call directly to figure out what's going on, however, logos.com is down. I'm not sure why 6.0 SR-3 is installed on my machine, and even how I'd roll it back if I could. Peace & Blessings

Spencer, I don't know if this is a result of the same bug or not. I went in to my "Ash Wednesday" presentation and verified that the readings in the OSB elements were in the correct translation (they were--NLT). I then went into my "Lent I" presentation and did the same thing. The first one was there (NLT) and the second one wasn't (NRSV). I changed

Thanks Spencer, you've got it correct. Peace & Blessings, Colin+

I don't know if this is helpful or not, but I went to look at the file on faithlife.com (I was looking at what the print function might do for me). On that version, it too has the ESV.

I posted earlier about having OSB elements change translation between my picking the translation and projection by my son. ( http://community.logos.com/forums/p/80837/565836.aspx#565836 ) I've not been successful in controlling a presentation from my tablet, so I thought I would spend some time today working on it, so that I could control the sermon

Aaron, we've had the same issue. I've gotten so used to it that I had forgotten it was there until you posted. Peace & Blessings, Colin+

Mike, Your suggestion does work. I've used it at Christmas Eve worship and at Easter Sunday (all other days we only have one service.) Peace & Blessings, Colin+

Thanks Spencer

Hi Scott, Here is what I've got on my screen: and when I load it using my son's account, here's what he has: The NRSV isn't an option in his account. How do I fix this? Peace & Blessings, Colin+

I couldn't connect to my presentation today. At first, I could connect and could click on Control, it never did update though (the display stayed on the first slide even when the projectionist changed the slide). Does anyone know where I can look to see what might cause this issue? I'd like to find out the cause before next Sunday. Peace & Blessings

If someone can clarify an issue for me, I'd appreciate it. I started using the OSB element when it came out. From time to time Proclaim didn't project the translation of the bible that I had originally selected. I couldn't figure it out and was perplexed. Today, I think I found out why (and this is what I'd like clarified). I have access to a number

Ryan, Sometimes communion takes longer than the hymns we have selected. The church that I serve doesn't have the tradition of repeating a chorus or drawing out a hymn to fill the time, so we ran into the problem of what to put up on the screen during this time. My son is the projectionist and would sometimes put up the logo screen, sometimes leave the

I know very little about the mechanics of Android, so I don't know if this is even possible. I posted about some slides not displaying in the Android Remote app ( http://community.logos.com/forums/t/72901.aspx ). As I read through the post recently about how to report bugs, I realized I have no idea if the android remote app generates logs, and if so
-
As I look at it more, I realize the text of the slide does make it into the remote app: However, when the graphics are to be displayed, it doesn't show in any mode: I realize a work-around would be to use the tablet in text-only mode, but that won't help with an image slideshow. Peace & Blessings, Colin+

From time to time, some slides don't appear in my android remote app. I don't understand why. As you can see from the screenshot below it isn't just a slide in isolation, but occasionally a slide in a series. Any help you can give, I'd appreciate. this really limits my ability to use the remote app while preaching. Peace & Blessings, Colin+

Paul, I've only recently started using the Android App. I had the same problem. I have no idea why it didn't display, again it was a content slide not a graphic one. Peace & Blessings, Colin+

Thanks Richard, As a former computer programmer, I understand that bugs happen and I try to not get too worked up about them. Software is always fluid in my mind and changing one thing often causes something else to not work as expected (even with the most brilliant and documented design). Thanks also for re-sending the invites. I could have done that

Yesterday I tried to invite two people by email to join my group. Both emails came to my email address and not the one that I had entered into Faithlife. Any ideas why this is happening? Peace & Blessings, Colin+

Thomas, I've tried to invite people twice today (by entering their email address) to join my group, and the invitations are actually coming to me not the individuals I've entered into the system. Peace & Blessings, Colin+
