• Re: Highlighting in Reading View

You can still highlight in reading view. Assign shortcut keys to the highlighting styles you want to use and you can apply highlights. Alternately you can have the highlighting tab in the same pane as the book you are reading, you can select what you want to highlight, use the mouse to tab over to highlighting tool and then select the specific style

  • Re: How do you tag a series?
You can select all the books in the series in your library and then apply a tag to those selected resources in one go.
Hold down Ctrl as you make your selections. OR select the first item, hold down Shift and then select the last item and all the intermediate ones will be selected too. Then you can apply a tag

I recommend a base package if he wants reverse interlinear tagging and all the cools stuff that comes along with it. If

  • Re: What is purpose of "Devices" column in Library?

Back when L5 was in Beta it had a feature where you could see which books were downloaded to specific devices, even designate from the desktop app which books your mobile device downloaded. However, it was buggy and they disabled it. I expect it to turn back up in a future version.

  • Re: I think this is a keylinking problem but am not sure

Y2K2 The dropdown where you see the word "English" (Datatype" should contain an option for Bible, select it and then promote the KJV you want. Right now your are telling Libronix when you want to look up an English word definition to look in the KJV first which doesn't make any sense, because Bibles aren't tagged for dictionary lookups.

  • Re: Clause Search for "in Jesus"

The clause search looks for some specific types of items within a clause. It isn't the right tool (at least now) to search for "In Christ". The only lemmas can search for right now are verbal lemmas and of course combine with other items such as the person differentiation. If they were to expand its capabilities to all lemmas then we could probably
Great!...finally got this recognized. Now how did it get there...? Any thoughts. thanks
Well, Logos 4 when it is installed scans the default resource folder for Libronix and copies over any books it recognizes the licenses for. It copied your compiled sermon file book. Then at some point you dragged the book to
You can, if you open them in separate tabs. (Right-click on NA28 tab and select "open a copy in a new tab" or press CTRL-SHIFT-N.) Set the two tabs next to each other and navigate to the verses you want to compare. You could also create a verse list with these two verses, using the NA28 as your source Bible. You could

Yup. The green book icon is a shortcut. The sermon file book was imported from L3's complied version.

  • Re: Search result bug?

Interesting. There appears to be an error in the NRSV in Luke 10:25. If you right click on Jesus it displays the selection as Jesus. not simply "Jesus" The punctuation is grouped with the word in error. I discovered this by searching for Teacher which found Luke 10:25 and the searching for Jesus. The latter did not return the verse.

  • Re: Sharing of Highlighting Palettes?
FYI. A person that has a copy of your document can create a style with the same palette and style name. It will then show up for them in their document. This will allow your sharers to disambiguate the different styles, even if they don't have your exact ones.
Neat! Thanks for the heads up.
