I too would love to have these books by Robert Shank, the first of which is arguably the definitive work on the subject of election.

  • MicroSD Card Support

The Android app for Logos does not currently support microSD cards, which means the app and library resources must be stored in the internal memory of a mobile device. Considering the size of most users' Logos libraries, this is a ridiculous situation. I've spent more than $10k on Logos resources which I cannot meaningfully use on any of my mobile devices

  • Re: Why does Logos perform indexing multiple times during an update?
PS - on reasonably fast machines, especially those with an SSD, indexing is not a huge issue. I barely notice it, and I have a large library with long indexing times. My PC is at least two years old, but it has lots of RAM and a fast SSD.
I concur. Replacing my HDD with a SSD made a tremendous difference in the way

  • Re: What Tablet?

If you do use or buy a laptop, I highly recommend a solid state drive. Logos runs immensely better on an SSD. SSDs like to have substantial unused capacity and will slow considerably without it. I therefore suggest acquiring a drive with approximately twice the storage capacity you are currently using. I f you're modifying an existing laptop, t he free

  • Re: Five Stars for This

I had saved the Faithlife TV channel on Roku some time ago and watched a few instructional videos, but hadn't paid much attention to it beyond that until yesterday. I called up the Roku channel and noticed Mobile Ed NT 211, with Darrell Bock teaching on the background, nature, and purpose of the Gospels and Acts. In the last two evenings my wife and

The Concordance tool seems to work with Vyrso titles and personal books as well as those in Logos format. Nice!

  • Learning Logos 6

My pastor, formerly a BibleWorks user, is just getting started using Logos. He only has the Bronze pkg and I'm encouraging him to get Gold or better, but he first wants to make sure that he likes and will use Logos. How would you suggest that he proceed with the FREE training resources available? Would it be best to begin with, say, the Quickstart Logos

Robert's Rules are available free at http://www.robertsrules.org/ . Unfortunately, their text has quite a few typos and punctuation errors. Hopefully, FL will be working from a better compilation.

We use Robert's Rules in our church council meetings because they help us to stay on track. Sometimes we choose to suspend the rules, but I've never seen them abused in our meetings.

Thank you all! I was thinking I got the Leviticus commentary last Friday, but no, it was Saturday. Working on patience.
