  • Re: Camp Logos Live DVD Training

Rodney, The manuals are great to use as reference material. Each manual is over 170 pages and has a detailed Table of Contents and index in the back. So if you ever have a specific topic you want to look up, that's what you would use. Combined, the manuals are basically a "Logos textbook." The Camp Logos DVDs are also detailed and if your budget can

Thanks for the discussion and feedback regarding Logos training. Perhaps a little context for the Camp Logos Live DVD training, which is a joint venture between Logos and MP Seminars, would be helpful for this discussion. As you perhaps know Camp Logos is a live, two - day, hands-on Logos training seminar presented in cities around the world. Because

  • Re: panels and tabs, etc

Hi Dean, The Logos 4 terminology is as follows: There is one main Logos window that contains the toolbar, menus, etc. You can open as many floating windows as you like. A window is then divided into tiles. Tiles are then divided into panels. Panels are identified with tabs. Panels and tabs therefore are virtually synonymous. Hope this helps, Morris

Hey Jon, I probably shouldn’t mention this (because I think it is a bug that will be corrected) but currently selecting Revert to template from the panel menu will delete this report.

  • Re: User Manual for Logos4

Hey Terry, Our seminars are always based on the current release of the software. So now we’re training on 4.0a. Of course there’s no way to cover all Logos 4 features in any one seminar. The features covered in the seminar are always current. For example, the updated Cited By tool in 4.0a is now covered in Camp Logos. The Vol 1 and 2 manuals that are

Thanks for your interest in the manuals. You are correct that the content is being updated right along with Logos 4. When you purchase them through Logos or mp|seminars please send an e-mail to info@mpseminars.com and we’ll e-mail manual changes to you as they become available. Thanks, Morris

Hi Bob, Try this: Open Power Lookup from the Tools menu In your Bible select (highlight) some text that only contains the one “ m ” cross reference (you can even highlight just the “ m ” if you want) Power Lookup only displays the “ m ” cross references If you highlight text containing more than one cross reference letter, Power Lookup will limit itself

  • Re: Passage Guide keeps changing

Yes. It is automatically saved. For example: Use your PG template and generate a report for Psalm 23 When the report builds name it something like My Psalm 23 (name the report in the first section of the PG where it displays the passage) The next time you generate a PG for PS 23 with your custom template, the My Psalm 23 report will open just as you

  • Re: Passage Guide keeps changing

To help understand what’s taking place please keep in mind a couple of terms: templates and reports. Templates produce reports. The Passage Guide (PG) is what we could call the “master template.” The order can not be changed in the master. When you change the order you are changing the order for that one report, but not the master. If you run a PG on

Hey Thomas, Another option is to open the NASB and then choose Tools | Information. As you rest the cursor on words in the Bible the complete morphology appears in the Info panel. You’ll notice the morph info in this pane is hyperlinked so you can get to additional information.
