Is there a way to query Logos for every instance Jesus quotes the Old Testament writings without having to assemble the data piecemeal by querying each book separately as in e.g. {Speaker } {Label Intertext WHERE Source~ }?
Sure, you can use {Speaker } {Label Intertext WHERE Source~ } I believe.
In Logos, go to Help (the question mark) | About Logos Bible Software
Thanks! Its actually not under the ? for me (maybe because I am on Mac??), but your advice prompted me to look under the main Logos Bible Software menu under the application menu in the menu bar. Here I was able to find "About Logos Bible Software" as

Okay, we're looking into it. I think it missed getting added to the Logos Now licenses, we hope to have that fixed ASAP.
So this was a misunderstanding on my part. Due to the Christmas holiday, the resources backing this section won't be available until Beta 4. I've removed it from Beta

How can I confirm my update channel is set to Beta? When I run "set update channel to beta" in the command box, nothing happens. Is that normal? Thought I would at least get some movement, processing, or a confirmation. Thanks all.
I can't speak to the specific resources you are missing. However there are some resources that are not licensed for the mobile apps.
Fred is right, there are a multiplicity of resources that publishers restrict access to on Mobile. This is not a Logos restriction. However, 120 sounds like a lot. I have about 9800 resources

Mark, I am new to the milestone concept. Is the ability you discussed above regarding headwords available yet?

Graham. how does your search differ from the one I suggested. I am unfamiliar with the milestone with brackets search. Thanks!

Sure, and much more. First, you should create a "Collection" for your commentaries (more on this in the Wiki helps, or you can import these collections to help you get started: https://faithlife.com/commentary-types/activity . In the interim, you can search what you want like this (Im sure the experts will give better advice, but this will help until

Merry Christmas to all! Loving the wisdom and knowledge I am gaining by hanging out in these forums. The Bible is right when it says, "In the multitude of many counselors there is wisdom!"

Which resources, EXACTLY do you have a license for? Did you purchase the first edition? I know there are other threads on this. Try searching for Encountering Romans (exact name of text book). If you purchased the 1st edition they may help you out on the 2nd edition some, not sure. But I do know you are not the first to have this issue.

Any update on the development of this feature? Thanks!

[quote user="J. You know...I just don't get this feature at all. What am I missing?? I am wishing to have my 1000+ Kindle books in LOGOS while hundreds are replying to a post about pushing Logos books into Kindle (and 1000s are reading about it). I must be clueless on this one. LOL Just don't get it. Whats all the hype here?

You have my vote. I could not agree me.
Is Learn to Do Word Studies with Logos Bible Software scheduled to be converted to mobile ed format?
As I understood it, the old Learn to Do Word Studies DVD was just a portion of the larger Learn to Use Biblical Greek and Hebrew (on Logos 4), which I really really liked (as it used the superior AF morphology). If I
You may have noticed that all the settings made in one copy of the Bible apply to all instances of that Bible. I wouldn't mind if I could change all the settings for each Bible instance, that is make all the settings apply only to that open panel not to all instances of the Bible. I would use the ability to control propositional

It's been my experience with several Proctor product that they are very, very basic - geared for the beginner.
Were the original "Learn to use…" courses different in that regard?
Not really. The original ones had the same structure and focus, but more on actually using the tools and less on learning "about" the tools. I actually enjoyed the original ones MUCH more, but they are pretty much useless now that the AF morphology
I like John Fallahee and I have bought many of his classes. But I would still choose Morris Proctor. The reason why is because Mobile Ed. has the course content in written format as well as the video. This may not seem like a an advantage until you go to look for something in the class at a later date. It is much faster
