On Twitter I saw a NOET tweet with a picture of a Timeline of Major Figures of the Augustan Age. Does this mean that you can see this in Logos software? Patrick

Is it possible to do an international treasure hunt just for fun, like when we were doing as kids? So no giveaways, but just the fun to find things?

In my library there should for sure be a list of arguments that not proof the resurrection, but make it plausible. Not sure hoe to find it. Any search suggestions? Thanks.

Faithlife tells us not to bother about it: Logos resources are more than just books. https://blog.logos.com/2015/01/why-you-need-more-books-even-if-you-think-you-dont/ Now the question is: does this really works?

It would be cool if this interlinear tool would have tagging functionality. And it would be great to make a community project for the classics (Perseus, Loeb, etc). In that way the existing tagging could be improved and be more useful. Since tagging is very important for NOET, I am not sure why not making it top priority.

Maybe tomorrow it turns out to be an April Fool's day joke.

I understand the perseus tagging, but the Loeb library is not much better.

Haha, I should update my profile. I am still a Translation consultant and working in Tanzania (and Zambia). But that is only part of the story. Most of the time I am living in the Netherlands, teaching at a secondary school. So I am not using this latin dictionary in Tanzania. I am using BDAG in Tanzania (and at home). Talking about the BDAG. I had

On the website it says: The Lingua Latina Familia Romana Collection (11 vols.) is only available for users in the U. S., Canada, Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. 1. What is the reason for this? 2. Does dynamic pricing know that I am from another country?
I should correct that. I started using BAG when I started reading NT, but I began studying classical (Plato, Homer, Xenophon, etc) so I used the "Middle Liddell" which you can get from Logos. Occasionally I would go to the library to consult the big megillah—Liddell-Scott-Jones (which was not the same as offered by Logos
I'm not George, but I did use BDAG from the beginning. In face, we were forbidden to use anything like the glosses (Logos was not available then). They will only limit your ability to really learn the language.
When I learned English at secondary school, we started to use a dictionary after 4 years of classes. Using
Because you should use a lexicon, such as BDAG (precisely this one).
George, when you started learning Greek for the first time in your life, did you start using BDAG?

My friend recently purchased NA 28 which she really likes. However, there is one thing that she is missing now. When she hovers over a word she sees the morphological information, like usual. However, she does not see the translation of the word anymore. Since I don't have NA28 I was wondering what happened. Does anyone know this? And if it is not possible
If you can reproduce it doing those steps (...) Are you using 6.0 or 6.0a?
Yes, I can reproduce it. I am using Windows. My version is: 6.0a SR-56.0.1.1352

For some reason, when I copy and paste some text in a note and I start writing at the beginning of that note, the first letter comes at an other position of the text, but the second, comes at the normal place, i.e. the second position. Suppose I copy the line This is a test. and put my cursor straight before the T and start typing the word Hello , the

I understand that it is really expensive. But now morph searching is rather difficult. Maybe we should start a forum-community project? Or would that just not work at all, since it is not the Bible?

I have no idea how to make a screencast. This behaviour doesn't happen all the time, but MJ Smith helped me reproduce it (' a resource gets caught switching between two sizes in its attempt to format nicely '). After adding a new tab, the problem started and after closing it, it stopped having this behaviour. So at least I know now how to stop it! Thanks

These days I am reading several Latin and Greek resources from the Perseus set. I like the fact that there these texts are in Logos. However, unfortunately, the tagging is not that great. It is many times a list with all the possibilties. Several times there is much more to see, but the screen is not big enough to show it. So I can't even see all the
