[quote user="Paul Newsome"] I'd say its a little silly for us to be telling Logos where we think their developers should be placed. Its ignorantly cute the first time you read it but then anything but that when you start reading it in multiple threads. How about we leave the logistics up to Logos! SO the next person who does decides to make a comment

[quote user="Is Mebin"] I could not resist the IVP New Testament bundle and I will never renegg on the Eerdmans series coming in a week or so, but I am wondering what the "New" Daily Study Bible is like. I have read many volumes of the original "Daily Study Bible" but the blurb says the new series is almost considered a distinct set of commentaries

[quote user="David Paul"] As far as the website goes, if it goes as well as I think it should, perhaps I will join you in the rarified air you currently inhabit. Seriously, though, my study of Biblical Astronomy, which has been essentially a full-time pursuit for nearly six months, has been one of the most eye-opening experiences of my life. I am giving

[quote user="David Paul"] As a continuing response to this new situation of PrePub glut, I can see this helping...but only up to a point. My $1500 in current PrePubs would still have to be cut drastically (say half)...and leave me hoping that in 2-3 weeks from now they don't drop another $1K on me. Because that would just put me back in square one.

I have both the Ipad 64GB and the MB Air with 128GB SSD with 4 GB Ram. The MB Air is the clear choice if you only want one in my opinion. The MB Air has all my resources resident on the hard drive and no internet needed. The Ipad is a nice reader if you want to just read and not due a lot searching, but you don't have access to all your resources, even

[quote user="Bob Pritchett"] I enjoy watching movies on the big screen. I watch more movies than most people, and I appreciate a wide range of styles. Even so, some weekends (some months!) there's nothing I want to see in our local theaters. Other weekends (hmm... around July and Christmas...) there are more movies I'd watch than time slots available

This seems to pop up in a lot of the AA websites when they talk of the development of the Serenity Prayer . Still no documented source of a direct quote to Augustine. The rock band Styxx did write
