Rosie, thanks for your comment. That may be true of other publishers, but with a direct buy of a LOGOS resource from CPH you always have the guarantee of 100% refund if not completely satisfied, and our LOGOS resources update/upgrade as automatically as do all the LOGOS resources available. We do not require our customers to pay $15 for a disk, but

FYI...ordering The Lutheran Study Bible directly from the publisher, in LOGOS format, only costs $3-$4 for shipping, which you can obtain via media mail shipping.

Thank you Bobby. Since I personally did not contribute a whole lot to the Bible, I can say without fear of sounding self-serving: "I agree!" I think it isthe finest and most uniquely Christ-centered and Gospel-proclaiming study Bibles on the market today.

No, we have no plans to release it as a downloadable via LOGOS. I assume you are outside the USA? Otherwise, it is not $25, but much less for shipping.

William, There is actually quite a large difference between the two. The CSSB is a modest revision of a non-Lutheran set of study notes. TLSB is not, it is a thorough, from-the-ground-up new set of study notes, prepared by Lutheran pastors, professors, etc. You can read more about The Lutheran Study Bible here: http://www.cph.org/lutheranbible

Thanks everyone, for your interest in The Lutheran Study Bible. We did have a little glitch and serial numbers were left out in production, but we caught it and only 45 or so people received a copy without a serial number/unlock code. We contacted these folks and provided the number they need, and we put the unlock code in over 700 copies of TLSB LOGOS

  • Re: Having trouble with Mac Alpha?

I am very impressed with the design and interface advances with LOGOS 4 and am particularly intrigued by the promise of the iPhone App version of LOGOS 4. I think we all need to realize this is an Alpha version, and hopefully we will be very happy when the full Mac version rolls out.
