  • Re: Customize Your Upgrade

No, I have tried that. I have also tried different browsers (I have also contacted customerservice last Friday, but the salesperson wasn't able to answer the question) So it's either a mistake or I cannot - for some reason - benefit from the discount.

  • Re: Customize Your Upgrade

I want to upgrade my L4 and customize my upgrade. When I put books from the customized page in my cart they get the customized prize. However, everytime I try to add Biblical Languages Reference Library $19.95 - they get in my cart at full price (over $349) Does anybody know if this is a mistake? If it is I will just go ahead and upgrade because I have

It's probably right. It's also quite expensive on Amazon. Many books (especially from T & T. Clark and Sheffield) are much more expensive to buy individually than in collections. Be sure to compare prices every time you see that a book is in a collection.

  • New function on upgrade-prices seems confusing and incorrect

The new function on Upgrade-prices to L5 is very nice, but I don't understand it. Besides I don't think it's 100 % correct and that it still needs some work. It's great that it lists the resources you already own. But the numbers are very confusing. E.g. it says that I own 55 of 58 resources in Moulton-Howard-Turner Greek Grammar Collection - but the

  • Locked resources in Links/references in Faithlife study bible

A couple of years ago I bought Word commentaries. Logos sold the set as a CD at that time - but you could get a download from customerservice. At that time I downloaded the books into Libronix and it worked well until I noticed that 3 books were locked: book 19 (Craigie: psalms) and 24 and 25 (Watts: Isaiah 1-33 & 34-66). I contacted customerservice

The other day I purchased the vyrso book 'clothing' by Saracino. However I cannot download the book neither to Vyrso, Logos app or Logos 4. (I just downloaded some Logos stuff to Logos 4 but this book was not included). I have contacted customerservice but would like to hear if anybody else has had problems downloading this book.

LPH - I just tried to list books with small icons - and you're right. It works this way. I'm happy to see that I'm able access the information this way. However - it does work in both modes on the Ipad 2 - but I can live with it. (Everybody in my working place got the new IPAD to use on the job. That's why I'm in the fortunate situation of having 2

Thanks Graham and Alabama I appreciate that - I hadn't noticed that I'd made a different sort. But I think that the missing book information must be a bug as everything is completely uptodate - both IOS and apps. Elisabet

Thank you Graham The info on my Ipad 2 is OK and working - but it's lacking in ALL resources on my Ipad 3 ("new Ipad") So yes, I'm seeing only the name of the resource and the download link on the info-screen. And the resources showing up are different on the 2 screens. See picture (I did the same search 'church' on both ipads - same account) It's the

  • Lack of book information in Vyrso/Logos updates

I recently got a new Ipad 3 (IOS: 5.1.1. Logos vs. 2.1.6 and Vyrso vs 2.1.6) - and I'm still in the process of transition from my old Ipad 2 (IOS: 4.3.5 Logos vs. 2.0.2 Vyrso vs. 2.1.0. (I rarely used updates here. I did try the recent update of Vyrso but had to change it again as everything got mixed up and unusable in the library view.) What I really

  • font in IPAD apps

I just got a new Ipad and have installed Logos and Vyrso on it. Unfortunately the font is very different from the font on my IPAD 2 which I liked a lot. The font on the new IPAD I believe is Times New Roman - and I would like to have the other font back. But I cannot figure out how to do this. Is this something I do in Logos? I cannot remember how I

I have a couple of apps that have not will not work with OS 5. I believe the OS 5 problem will solve itself next time I buy a device; many times updating will cause a lot of trouble and sometimes even remove functionality that you liked and used. I usually play it safe and update after some time when all the errors have been removed and when I have

OK, thank you for your help. It seems that not many other people are experiencing problems - so I will just have to wait and see. I can live with not being able to read a few books. If I experience further problems with books I'll contact customer service and see what they say. I will not update to OS 5 - that will give me other problems with other

I'm running Logos version 4.5a SR-1 on one machine. But for the most part I still use Libronix - except for word-studies etc. I still haven't synced the larger note-files, so my notefiles mainly consist of highlights. So no, my files are in no way large. The wheel is not spinning. When I use the app for most of the time I switch to airplane-mode. I

How much free space is on your device? What are the specs of your iPad? What generation? Does the same behavior happen if the resource is NOT downloaded? [/quote] Ad 1: I run version 2.02
