When I try to open a Canvas document in the Web app, I get a message that App.Logos.com has stopped working. Anyone else seeing this? It worked fine a few days ago.

I for one am extremely grateful to see the preaching mode in the web app. Now I can preach from my Chromebook. At least that will be the plan. The more features in the web app, the more I appreciate the product. Thanks.

Just curious ... In the pricing list for the three levels of Connect (Starter, Essentials, and Premiere), there are features listed at each level. Under Premiere, it mentions 119 commentaries, etc., and among the features listed are "Factbook, Sermon Manager, and Passage Exegesis Workflow." So, I am curious about the difference between those three feature

I too am looking for a way to add highlighted text in a book to an existing note with the "Add Anchor" link in the note. This works in the full version, and even to a certain degree in the Web App. It would make the Mobile App much more useful if it worked there to. So thanks for asking.

Is this still a problem for you? I don't know if anything has been done concerning your issue, but I just tried an exegetical guide for a verse in three different resources (LHB, SBLGNT, and TLV), and the grammar references popped up in all three. So perhaps something has been done. Is it working for you yet?

Some more information: In the Docs list, sermons and reading plans WILL load. But Passage LIsts and Clippings will NOT load.

This is a new problem. When I try to open Docs, an error message comes up, saying the document was blocked by an extension. I tried disabling all the extensions. I tried to open in an incognito tab (where extensions are also disabled), and I cleared my cache and cookies. Nothing helped. The docs do not open. I can open different guides and tools, but

I've noticed the Web app is acting a little more buggy lately. Here is the latest example. When I right-click a word in ESV, sometimes the full pop-up window will not display. If the word has many entries, the pop-up box will run off the screen and I can't see all the entries. So I have to close that window, scroll up or down to get the word in question

Thanks. Much appreciated. I just tried the Web App on Safari (12.0.2) on MacOS 10.14 and the problem occurred there too. The resource was the ZECNT Acts commentary by Schnabel. Some resources seem to work okay. But I also get the error with UBS4 w/Swanson greek NT on the MAC. Dennis

This is all new to me, and I've used the Web App on my Chromebook for a long time. I have it on several resources now. Hitting retry fixes it once in a while, but only temporarily. Then the problem comes back and won't go away. Does anyone know if something is wrong on the Chrome side or the Web App side? Thanks for the help.
