Aloha and good morning once again Tuesday evening I sent the following to Logos Customer Support: Will there be special pricing for Logos 6 Training Manuals (digital) for those of us that have purchased the print version? And I just received this response: As far as I know there are no additional discounts available for this, if you maybe give us a

Aloha an good evening. Count me in as well. I would not have purchased the printed version if the digital version was available or even announced.

  • Re: Surface Pro 3

Was unable to edit my last post here. I may not go for the i7. Going to wait out the reviews and performance info. Micrsoft added a specifically designed fan to the Pro3. I will definitely get a 3 though. One additional thought,f Microsft wants to show they are serious about the Surface Pro 3 replacing laptops and tablets, they need to include the keyboard

I've had my laptop for a couple years now. It has a 280gb HDD. The new Surface Pro 3 is going to replace both my laptop and my original iPad. That old ipad just doesn't cut it anymore. I'll most likely bite the bullet and go for the i7 256gb Pro 3. Means I'll have to wait until fall. But that also means I can go get my Windows Phone.

Aloha and good morning once again Microsoft just announced the new Surface Pro 3. 12-inch display, 2160x1440/215ppi (3x2 aspect ratio). Weighs less than the Pro 2 and is thinner. i7 processor with 8gb ram and 256gb ssd is $1549. Up the ssd to 512gb and the price goes to $1949. There are also models available with an i3 processor and i5 as well.

Read a rumor yesterday regarding a new Windows Phone 8. Rumor has it, it will an HTC One W8. If it's spec'd similar to the M8 (Snapdragon 801, 2gb ram, 16/32gb storage plus sd support upto 128gb) it'll be a beast of a phone - absolutely perfect for Logos (hey Logos! hint, hint).

Since I am grandfathered with unlimited data, I am "stuck"with Verizon. (plus the availability of reliable coverge when I travel to the other island). I will be going with the Icon. It IS a great phone. But there is no such thing as too much storage (or memory for that matter either). The apps or lack thereof at the Windows Store doesn't really effect

There's only one thing keeping me from rushing out and getting my own Nokia Icon. Since public release of new/updated OS's is usually accompanied by the release of now handsets, I'm hoping the latest Windows Phone handset will have a microsd slot included.

Aloha and good morning once again I have no intention of abandoning Logos. I continue to add resources at least monthly.I will be moving to Windows Phone. And I will be moving to a Surface Pro 2 (maybe I'll wait until the Surface Pro 3 emerges). I mostly use my iPad while mobile and my laptop at home. But my original iPad really doesnt have the oomph

For some inexplicable reason, I updated my iPhone to ios 7.1 today. oops. Do not like this new interface. And I had to hunt for some settings to ensure they were still set. Finally got everything back to the way I like it. Some good did come of it though. I will be making the move to Windows Phone much sooner, than originally planned. Downside, no Logos

Aloha and good afternoon Michael When you installed Logos 5 on your Surface Pro 2, I assume you installed via the installer on the website and not the app from Windows Store? About how long did it take? And how did the indexing go? (just being nosy). Not sure when I can get to the Microsoft Store, but get there I will. Mahalo and God Bless/terry

Aloha and good afternoon I too, am anxious to see a Windows Phone version of Logos. I will be switching from an iPhone 4 to a Nokia Lumia Icon in the very near future. And hope that a compatible version of Logos will become available. Until then I can make do with my Laridian. With the stability of the Windows Phone OS and the improvements Microsoft

Aloha and good morning all Yes it is still morning here in paradise. I am going to have to add my voice and vote for a Windows Phone version of Logos. I currently use an iPhone 4. But would dearly like to be off it. I moved to iOS when my old WinMo 6.1 (HTC Touch Pro 2) phone died. The only supported platform then for my mobile Bible app (Laridian Pocket

Aloha and good evening all Been pouring over all the posts I can find dealing with Surface Pro 2. And I've just about convinced myself to go for it. Being a computer geek by profession, I know there is no such ting as too much ram or storage. But the price jump from the 256gb to 512gb is pretty steep at $500. so I am looking to you all for your input

Aloha and good afternoon folks I think I got it now. We are talking about two different apps. 1. Full-blown Logos 5 which is downloaded and installed from logos.com This will run just fine on a Surface Pro 2 2. A "scaled-back" version of Logos downloaded and installed from the WindowsStore. This also will work for a Surface Pro 2, but was really designed
