• Re: John Phillips

It seems that WORDsearch has a lot of the titles I want that Logos doesn't publish. John Phillips ("Exploring . . ." books), John Butler's (Bio Series), and many others. I never wanted to have my resources in multiple programs, but maybe I should check out WORDsearch.

  • Frank W. Boreham Collection

How about the complete works of Frank W. Boreham? That would be a great addition to Logos.

Mr. Pritchett, Thank You for your involvement in these forums. I DO like the Home Page concept and am grateful for the vision you and the Logos team had for L4. While I would prefer a little more control over the Home Page, I definitely agree with the others when they say There are more important fixes to concentrate on at this time. I wholeheartedly

  • No New News Is NO News - Home Page Repetitions

The Home Page, while a radical change, isn't altogether bad. It certainly serves its purpose (mostly) of introducing (or reintroducing) us to the content of our library. However, the "Newspaper" effect loses its punch after a few days of seeing the same blogs and articles repeated. Imagine getting your local paper only to discover that they had run

Richard, On a Vista, 64-bit system the command would be scan C:\Program Files (x86)\Libronix DLS\Resources , which seemingly did nothing for me. But I was wondering, does anyone know where the L4 resources are stored? Stephen, I have the Portfolio Edition and should also have resource #1 from your list, Fresh Ministry Illustrations . Alas, I do not

  • BUG: Android reoprts a "Missing License for Resource"

I receive the "Missing License for Resource" error on only one resource out of thousands (that I have tested so far). It is Federal Husband, by Douglas Wilson. It is licensed and accessible on PC, but not my Samsung Galaxy S (Model GT-I9000; Firmware Version 2.3.3) Android Phone (Build Number: GINGERBREAD.XXJVK). I am running Logos 0.9.1 beta. I receive

  • Re: Help Save the Revelation Classic Commentaries

I'm in at $51 (bid on Nov. 3, 2011). How did that happen? What I have noticed, but do not understand, is how on so many pre-pubs I have bid what it was expected to go for, but now I am way too low. It seems that the costs go up considerably from the first time they are listed.
Sometimes I think that folks are too paranoid about there online privacy. . . . it's not like some Christians are hunted down and imprisoned or killed for what the authorities have discovered on the internet...
At least not in America . . . YET!

  • SUGGESTION: Red Letter Old Testament

An open suggestion to Bob Pritchett and the Logos Forums. Thank You for taking time to consider this idea. I have a Red Letter Bible that has all of the words of God in red (both OT & NT). It makes it easy to distinguish God speaking to Moses vs. Moses speaking to the children of Israel. When the Angel of the Lord speaks, the words are in red. When

Mine does the same thing. I have the pic of St. Paul's Bay, Malta. But it is followed by the article on Melons from Smith's Bible Dictionary. This looks like a bug that someone needs to squash. How about it, Logos?

  • Did Melchizedek pay tithes to Abraham? Logos 5 says, Yes!

According to Logos 5's new Referent Database, Melchizedek paid tithes to Abraham in Genesis 14:20, rather than the other way around (which is, of course, how it happened, Hebrews 7:2). Right click on the pronouns "he" and "him" in Gen. 14:20 to see the person mislabeled. This is simply a mistake in the pronoun tagging, I trust (and not some new doctrine

Pride or no pride, emotional or not, here is a legitimate question (hypothetically speaking, of course). I upgraded from Gold to Portfolio when L4 came out. I have since spent thousands of dollars on additional resources. Now I can't afford a Portfolio to Portfolio upgrade, so I jump to a L5 Starter Pack. I still have all of my resources, only my status

  • The Great Downgrade Controversy

Wikipedia reports that the great Downgrade controversy began with Charles Spurgeon's first "Down-grade" article, published in The Sword & the Trowel in 1887. Spurgeon maintained that his brethren within the Baptist Union had effectively "down-graded" the Word of God as such heresies as the Graf-Wellhausen hypothesis, Charles Darwin's theory of evolution
