I use this feature all the time, but I would REALLY like to be able to format the copied text somewhat like the app can do. For example, it would be super helpful to be able to set the verse numbers in parens. Currently, there are no options (that I can see) to apply any alternate format to the text. (Love the Web app, BTW) Jeff.

Thanks for the quick response! Hopefully it will bubble up on the priority, but I get that it's likely low on that list. :)

Firstly, I'm really loving the Logos 8 Web App! It is an awesome way for me to do some study prep when I'm away from my home PC. One thing that would be nice though is to carry over the custom copy/paste formatting I have come to use in all of my study prep. For example, I have been using this format (from desktop Logos): 1 Samuel 1:5–8: (5) But

Awesome! Thanks!

Excellent! In the meantime, if I use a "Basic" search as follows: "Search 'All Text' in 'ESV'" ... it's a temporary workaround.

Here's the log file folder (zipped). Thanks! Jeff.

Not sure which update caused this, but Logos has been crashing on me every time I do a "Bible" search. It usually returns a few results and then Logos crashes. It happens online or offline, CTRL-Click or not. It happens in a custom layout I have been using for literally years. But it also happens in the default layouts as well. I'm stumped, and I can

For a few weeks now, Logos has been crashing on me every time I do a "Bible" search. It usually returns a few results and then crashes. It happens online or offline, CTRL-Click or not. It happens in a custom layout I have been using for literally years. But it also happens in the default layouts as well. I'm stumped, and I can't decipher the log...

I saw that Logos Now includes some capabilities of "Logos Cloud". Does that include "anywhere access" to my library? I do not have Logos installed on my work PC for obvious reasons, and I like to study over lunch sometimes. I currently use Biblia, but I can't copy verses from it without including all ofthe footnote markers, etc, so I need to jump over

Looks good from my end, and I echo Stephanie's comment - this kind of interruption is a first for me too. Thanks for getting this nipped in the bud quickly! (But my comment on an "offline" mode still applies - especially for us small churches who can't afford internet!) :)
-
Still down for me. I can't upload content, sync, or access my library. This is exactly why there needs to be an "offline" capability where I can create the presentation on my desktop and move it to my laptop for running at church. We have service tonight at 6:00, I hope it's fixed by then!
-
We do not have internet at our facility either, but all we do is make sure that the laptop we use in the service has "synced" in the morning before the worship leader leaves home. Any "last minute" changes are made on his laptop at the church and everything works fine. I do agree that storing the presentation offline on a USB drive or something would

OK, a few quesitions... 1. I can't for the life of me find an "undo" button - is there a capability to undo changes? I see one if I right click a slide, but that doesn't really work like I'd expect. 2. Is there a way to copy a slide set from one presentation to another? I have some neatly formatted slides that I'd like to re-use between presentations

That clears it up. I was a little worried. But, now that I've seen the potential of Family Friendly Churches Trust, I have hope in the Proclaim store! :)
-
I'm getting my feet wet with Proclaim, and I like it so far. However, I can see a time when we will want to mix it up with the backgrounds/graphics, etc. I see there is a "store" option for templates, but even simple ones seem to be $400. That's crazy! :) So, do any of you know of a way to get decent backgrounds/templates (or how to create my own)?

So, I like to use the copy-n-paste function with Word and have Word styles set up. Here is an example of the Copy and Paste style I am using: %NoCharFormatting %NoFootnotes %NoCitation %HeaderStyle=Logos_Header %ForEachVerseStyle=Logos_Verse =Header [FullPassageRef] ([Version]) =ForEachVerse ([VerseNum]) [VerseText] =Footer I can't figure out how to
