  • Re: prioritizing a resource

About the power lookup, that was a bit harsh. Perhaps I should have said "useless for me", i.e., not what I wanted. But upon investigation, there is something a bit irregular there too (outside of the scope of this question). One double click (without the Power Lookup pane open) opens up a BLANK Power Lookup pane with just the word (hence my "useless
  • prioritizing a resource

I'd like to prioritize DBL Greek for when I am within a certain resource ( The Greek New Testament according to the Majority Text by Hodges and Farsted). After setting this up, however, a double click on a Greek word in the Majority Text still directs me to the useless Power Lookup, not DBL Greek. Is there any way to remedy this? Is this a problem with
  • morphological tags on a resource

Is there a way to morphologically tag a resource in Logos? I have the Greek New Testament according to the Majority Text by Hodges and Farstad. I would really like it to show the Greek tags in the tool-tip for each word. My guess is that LOGOS has to tag the whole resource (in other words, no automatic tagging). If that's the case, that's too bad. Thanks
  • Re: Bug: DBL Greek references for Strong incorrect

I realized that my problem was as a result of two separate things. First of all, for some reason DBL Greek (with no prioritizations set at all for anything) for the Strongs numbers links to TDNT, not Strongs. TDNT seems to be prioritized, which is a bit strange in my opinion. To overcome this prioritization, I had to set the following advanced prioritization

Hello Mick, Thanks for your help! I would have to differ as to whether this is a feature or a bug. The hoverquote (as you can see in the picture) has the text of DBL Greek, but says in the reference at the bottom right that it is Strong's. I understand what you say about priorities outside of DBL Greek (and agree with you), but inside DBL Greek the

  • Bug: DBL Greek references for Strong incorrect

Hello Logos, I think I found a bug in DBL Greek. If you hover your mouse over the Strong reference, it shows the DBL Greek reference instead of the Strong reference. Likewise, if you click on the Strong reference, it goes to the DBL Greek reference instead of the Strong reference. DBL Hebrew works as it should, DBL Greek does not. You can see what I

  • Re: Join Two Books Together

Great, thank-you everyone. Graham's last reply was the most helpful. I followed the links before that and couldn't figure out how to open the series upon creation! But as he explains, you just open one of them and it automatically switches to the other one when needed.

  • [resolved] Join Two Books Together

Hello, Is there a way to join two books together? Basically, I'd like to join my Hebrew and Greek Bibles together so that I don't always have to be switching between the two in the Old and New Testament. The Link Set works very well to synchronize with the English versions but right now I'm always having to switch between the two tabs. I could divide

  • Setting Double Click Action for a given Logos Resource

Hello, I would like to be able to set the double click action for a given resource. For example, I have the "Greek New Testament according to the Majority Text" installed. When there is no critical apparatus for a given word, it correctly goes to Louw-Nida upon double click (word lookup in the dictionary). However, when there is an apparatus entry,
