• Re: JG or KF

Would be a good idea for this to be added to the Logos program. The upgrade version under the help menu and on the 'About Logos' tab seems about the best place to have it. Surely it is not much effort to give the upgrade version, saving the hassle of having to go to the account upgrade web page to find where you are. Such an elegant program is missing
Is there a way within Logos to tell whether I am running JG or KF? Soli Deo Gloria, Randy
Would be a good idea to have a version tab in the help menu (most programs these days seem to have it) labelled 'About Logos 4'. Surprised that for such an elegant program that it does not have a program version - a bit like

  • Vyrso December Deals Web Page Query

Does anyone know how to access the bundle price for the ' personal growth' bundle advertised on the December deals web page? (see http://vyrso.com/december?utm_source=vyrsoalert&utm_medium=email&utm_content=button&utm_campaign=decemberfreebies ). All I come up with is the individually priced books at their normal discounts. The 'add to cart' button

This would be a good chance

  • Re: The Great Texts of the Bible Is Shipping Soon
George, that was my immediate thought too; I went to my orders page to check for a date... Objectively, it looks like Logos wants to promote it a little more before putting a date on it. Maybe this means the under contract and posted release date will all come in the next couple months
Paul, hmm..., not too sure

Jayson Bradley's latest blog: "The Great Texts of the Bible Is Shipping Soon" How "soon" is "soon"? There's no shipping date posted on the product: http://www.logos.com/product/8527/the-great-texts-of-the-bible If there is a blog posted giving people warning of a pending shipment, then put a date on the product page ( )

  • Thomas Nelson's LessonWorks and Logos Lesson Builder Queries

I currently own Thomas Nelson's LessonWorks Deluxe (ver. 1.2) and Logos Lesson Builder products. I use these on an old Windows 98 PC, as they appear not to be useable on higher platforms (eg. Win XP, where I currently use Logos3.0/Libronix) where there are formatting issues. The products are excellent for use with Bible study groups, as new lessons

  • Church Pulpit Commentary on CP

Does anyone know who the authors are of the individual volumes in the Church Pulpit Commentary set currently running on community pricing? It is a little unusual for Logos not to include this info. in their product posts. Even a general editor (if one exists) for the series would be helpful (see http://www.logos.com/product/8516/church-pulpit-commentary

Try rejoicesoftware.com. They have it on sale (although not listed on their web-site), through email subscription. Contact Michael White and he will put you on the right track. He also stocks other excellent Logos software from various publishers on CD-Rom, so it might pay to subscribe to his email posts. Hope this helps.

Thanks Bill for the link. I'm sure there are a few Logos users who know of other links for PBB's that would be handy for people on limited budgets (students, missionaries, etc.), and I would encourage them to share this info. What better way of advertising a Logos platform (albeit Logos 3 - which I think is still freely downloadable), and a few PBB
