The resource in question says that it has Bible and Page indexes.

Something that I always used to be able to do in Logos suddenly doesn't seem to work for me. If there was a word in a resource that I wanted to be able to look up in a dictionary - say the Merriam-Webster Collegiate Dictionary, 11th Edition - all I had to do was right-click on a word and one of the choices that always seemed to be available to me was

I'm teaching a Bible study on Daniel and have created a Saved Layout for it in my Logos Desktop App (on a Windows 10 PC). I have the Bibles and Commentaries linked to each other. They are part of the same link set. But, for some inexplicable reason, at this moment, my Bible and one of my commentaries (Walvoord, Daniel the Key to Prophetic Revelation

Thank you both, Andrew and Stephen. Everything seems to be in order now. Here are the steps I have taken: I prioritized my English dictionaries. I had to download them so that they were no longer just resources in my Logos Cloud, but were available locally on my PC I had to allow Logos to complete the indexing cycle. After all that, it worked. My dictionaries

Thanks. That was helpful. But the formatting doesn't export perfectly, unfortunately.

It was set to reference, not to selection. Thanks. All is well now.

Hi Graham, I have the setting ' Automatically Download Updates ' set to ' No .' And, as advertised, that does indeed prevent new resources that have been purchased from being automatically downloaded locally. That part is good. But I wish that I would at least be alerted to the availability of new resources so that I can download those said resources

NB. Mick, thanks for the response. By the blue button, I assume you mean the blue circle in the upper right corner area of the program. Negative to that. I wish it did, however. I wish the blue circle would at least alert you to the availability of new resources and allow you to selectively download them or keep them in the cloud. I did check the 'Added

Is there a way to search a particular book of the bible (or range) in my preferred English Bible to find every question that occurs in that particular book (or range)? In this case, I would like to be able to search the book of Esther, for example, for any questions that may be found in the book. Knowing that English uses the question mark (?) probably

Graham, Thanks. But I suspect that when the notification says, "New Resources are available. Click here to download them," it is still not giving you the option to select them one-by-one. I suspect that a click would download them all in one fell swoop. Irving

The obvious question would be this: Is Logos planning to enhance it so that it becomes a Logos Research Edition? If so, when could this be expected to become a reality?

I should also say that the Passage around which my Passage Guide was built is definitely a passage upon which K&D comments. I know because I opened K&D manually and opened to that section. But to have to open up K&D every time I run a Passage Guide would be a hassle. It would be much more convenient if it showed up in the Passage Guide and I could then

Just as a thought, is it possible that my Resource association that governs K&D has become corrupted? Is it possible to download a fresh Resource Association for K&D?

Thank you, Dave. That feature is available in other bible software platforms, by the way. I find it be quite helpful.

Thank you, Dave, Rosie, and Deborah. I am leaving tomorrow to go to Poland and Belarus, so I will be out of commission for the next fortnight, however I will look forward to receiving any solutions that come my way when I get home. Again, thank you to all.

For some reason, when I generate a Passage Guide, Commentary on the Old Testament (Keil and Delitzsch) is not showing up under the Commentary section. Is there a reason for this? Is there a setting that I can change that would resolve this situation? Grateful for any feedback.
-
Deborah, Thanks so much for your reply. I did exactly what you suggested. I opened up Commentary on the Old Testament by Keil and Delitzsch first and then ran the Passage Guide. Unfortunately, "No sale;" even running it that way failed to have Keil and Delitzsch show up in the Passage Guide. For the record, I am running Libronix 3.0g on Windows XP Service

Thanks Rosie. Not your fault, but such is the quagmire in which I find myself. No one knows what to suggest. Surely there must be some logical explanation for why K&D doesn't show up in my Passage Guide. And surely there must be some sort of fix for this. What can I do to get this resolved? I know that I can open K&D manually from the My Library panel

I'm going to start preaching through 1 Peter. Thus I will have several commentaries and several bibles open. It would be a nice feature if you could one-click to make all open resources link.
