I haven't made any significant purchases since the change. My biggest purchase was about $65.00 since. My investment in Logos is over $41K, so they really lost some serious money, though I'm only one person. I looked at L7, but I'd be in for another $1,600 on top of the almost $3,200 I have on a payment plan now. And I need the 24 months back.

I've spent over $41K on Logos and found Collector's DP has increased for me as well. I guess they'll never get the kind of money they've received from me over the past 8 or 9 years. Again, for the fourth or fifth time this week, we should have been informed about these increases that were planned, so we might get in before the increases. I'm disgusted

doc: My suggestion is not that Vyrso JUST take the "emailed price" and use it to reprice their products online, it is to use it as a "heads-up" and then have a conversation with the publisher rather that wait for my forum post. I would love to know why the publishers offer discounts that retailers, in this case, FL aren't being informed about. It seems

Erin: I can completely appreciate being a one-person operation, as I share this situation in my employment. However, I do have a supervisor that is forced to oversee things when I'm unavailable, so this post wast directed at you only. I hope FL takes notice. Don't lay people off and then have customers suffer. As a long-time and very heavily invested

I've had to post at least a half dozen times or more to alert Vyrso of the publishers price on books that haven't made it to the website by early morning. I assume that you get the same information that I can get since it's just a daily email. I'm also concerned that I haven't heard back from anyone at Vyrso on my past two posts regarding pricing/adjustments

I, too, had the privilege of having Dave as my salesperson and Logos friend. I had no idea he was leaving or worse. I'm very sorry to see him go and will miss him very much. As I'm sure he'll be checking into these forums: We love you and miss you much my brother. Best to you and don't be a stranger...you have my number.

Pretty typical response when a company is on the legal up-and-up. I'd love to hear from him and know how he is and what happened.

Any more info on Dave, abondservant? I can't believe it. I haven't spoken with him for some time, but he took over for Santiago (the Sales Manager) when he left the company and did a pretty darn good job. No one has been better than Santiago, but that may have a little to do with the high position he held. It looks like some of the best and most seasoned
