  • Re: Logos needs to take advantage of the new iPad Pro

Agreed. My iPad Pro has nearly replaced my macbook pro. I would not be suprised if Apple does away with laptops all together. I think this is where the industry leaders are heading A.K.A. Microsoft surface book and google's new (not so great) pixel tablet.

  • Re: Datasets

I have a similar frustration with datasets. I am currently operating under the logos 6 core engine and there exist several datasets that I would like to have at my disposal, which I cannot have without upgrading. Upgrading is fine, however, I cannot justify spending (nor do I have the money to do so) 100+ dollars upgrading and purchasing a slew of resources

Thing is I didn't pick up on the difference between packages as it relates to the features until after I spent a couple hours (literally) on the website trying to figure out why I didn't have time line and other features which were being advertised. It's just extremely frustrating. I think it needs to plainly stated that not all the packages share the

Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE The purpose of posting this is to serve as food for thought and yes I will be contacting Logos directly. I am extremely disappointed and angry with Logos at this moment. I feel as if I have been mislead and stolen from by the company and the update to Logos 5. Let me explain the situation. I have been an avid

Last night I used the rebuild index command and it did help a lot. Thank you for your advice. Mathias

Yes to both of your questions. I even down loaded a free resources so it would index again and that did not help either. I'll try some indexing commands next.

I updated without any problems last night then headed off for bed. When I went into L4 this morning the software crawled, describing it as slow would be an understatement. I am nearly shut down (back to pen and paper) for business until the problem is fixed. When I first purchased L4 last January the software was extremely slow and with every update

  • Re: Great new Mac Feature - Get bible verses directly in Pages!

This looks like an awesome feature, but unfortunately I'm not seeing this in my system preferences. What version of OS X are you guys running? I have Snow Leopard. Maybe I have something else shut off or on that is preventing this feature from working.

I'm thinking that these new MacBook Pros will handle Logos 4 very well and might end a lot of peoples frustrations. At least I hope this is true with all of the major updates under the hood. M. Hanson

  • Re: Which Mac laptop

Let me begin by saying I didn't read all the posts on here. If it hasn't been said yet I'll say it now. Wait until next year to by a new macbook pro. This is because Apple will be updating there laptops in the spring and you will end up with a lot more computer for the same price and possible even a little less. Also always upgrade the ram yourself

I'm just thankful that I am not the only one having issues with performance. With everyone expressing their disappointment I have a hard time believing Logos will ignore what seems to be a very common problem; one that will cost them costumers. At least I hope they won't. My laptop has handled everything I've thrown at it (games and professional movie
