• Are notes now reliable?

A recent post prompted me to look at using notes much more than I currently do. Before I commit a lot of time to this, I searched for issues that people had had with notes over the last few years and found a few threads complaining of (a) the loss of notes or formatting and (b) the inability to make local backups using export and import to a local file
Will this series provide much value to me? I currently have NAC, NIVAC, TNTC, TOTC, NIGTC, Pillar, LAC and some WBC.
Of the commentaries you list, I'd say EBC 12 vols is somewhere between NAC and TNCT+TOTC. I don't like to post an extract as EBC copyright restriction restricts that, but I just counted up the words in the
Agreed. The inclusion of the Lexham Discourse Bible makes that an attractive product, depending on your dynamic pricing for it.
I found that my dynamic price for https://www.logos.com/product/81254/lexham-discourse-bible was $21.99, which included a special "ownership discount" (probably because I had the old 9 volume

  • Re: Prioritisation within a series-linked set

After trying it for a couple of weeks, this isn't working as well as I thought. Firstly, the table of contents and page numbers seem to only relate to the leftmost resource, so I can't see what page number I'm reading in the right-hand panel. Likewise, I can't see the resource information for it. Secondly, the multiview resources seem to be doing some

  • Re: How long is your Open Pre-Pub list?

Down to 4 items (and will be three later this month). There are two reasons: a) Community pricing has stalled - I have bids on lots, but there is little progress; b) Lack of recommendations in the forums about must-buy resources on Pre-pub - I rarely look at Pre-pub and don't allow mailings, but do take note if well-respected forum-people rave about
The one thing about Canfield is that his commentary came out before the huge debate on Romans took place over the issue of Paul and Justification. • Lexham Bible Guide isn't linking to ACCS

The Lexham Bible Guide for Romans on Romans 11:26 is saying that I don't have ACCS Romans, so won't expand this link for me: Bray (1998, 297–99). In fact, I have the ACCS twice - once that I purchased on a CD-ROM and once that was provided as updates of this. I can see both copies in my library. So, why isn't the link working?

  • Re: Prioritisation within a series-linked set

Thanks Dave and MJ. By a combination of your ideas, I was able to prioritise the older Romans ahead of the rest of the PNTC series by using the right click and prioritise. This means that PNTC now gives me the one I want via series link. Then, I added the newer PNTC Romans as a separate resource in the Multiview panel I have for PNTC. So, when I'm looking

I'd like to purchase an Anglicised ESV in Logos. Preferably with the reverse interlinear, morphology etc that the American version has.

  • Prioritisation within a series-linked set

I've noticed that in PNTC, I have two Romans commentaries. I have PNTC series-inked to a Bible, so that it follows where the Bible is in the NT. My problem is that it always chooses the most up to date Romans commentary from PNTC. Ideally, I'd like it to link to both (e.g. as a multiview resource panel) but would settle for being able to choose whichever

I've grown more cautious on purchases as, more than once, I purchased high priced items only to find them reduced even more
If I want to buy Anglican Starter, Reformed Gold and Platinum, which one package should I buy first?
Since you're thinking of buying a starter package plus some higher ones, you can have two bites of the cherry on getting the higher discount for including a feature set with a library.
