The Twitter part of the contest isn’t working right. I tweeted but it would not give me the two entries.

[quote user="Michael Childs"] I put my two cents on Cynthia's original comments. Logos should be far, far more intuitive to use. There are some things that beginners need to do, and these things need to be more intuitive. The Library should be far simpler to manage and organize. Basic searches should be more intuitive. The reading experience should

  • Re: Announcing a Logos 7 base package under $100!

I would like to see an upgrade to version 8 when it comes out in this same price range and put together with this same philosophy in mind. Wordsearch put out their next version upgrade for under 50.00 dollars with a nice book package included.

Will someone build a collection for these books? I would like to be able to search them first when doing exegetical study.

[quote user="Scott Sullivan"] I was just looking at the ZECNT collection that was added to the 55% sale, and I noticed that the edition on John, while published, is not included in the bundle. Any guesses as to why the outlier? And no matter where NICOT/NICNT ends up in MM, that is going to be one awesome opportunity for a cash strapped individual

  • Re: Logos Now and Faithlife Connect: The Why

Nathan Parker said: It was marketed and communicated in a way where Faithlife seemed to transition customers onto a subscription service more than double the price and with overall not as good of value as Logos Now. Simply put, the way Faithlife handled the marketing and communication, no matter the coupon or the extension, it felt from a customer point

[quote user="Craig St. Clair (Faithlife)"] Let me ease fears about Verbum's future at Faithlife. I'm the new(ish) Verbum Product Manger and I am responsible for Verbum within Faithlife. Faithlife is continuing to invest in Verbum--present and future. I am in the process of moving my family across the country to the Bellingham area. I would not do so

  • Re: A humble suggestion for Faithlife

Maybe the answer is simply that Logos as a company needs to downsize. Cutback in the areas that aren’t viable. Maybe it’s time that Bob “fires someone today.”

  • Re: Well, we've automatically been migrated to Faithlife Connect...

Some Logos Now members got moved to Connect starter like I did and others got moved to Connect Essentials. There are differences between the two. Thats why some of you are so confused about what you got. Those moved to essential got access to more features than those that were moved to starter. I hope that this clears up some confusion.

[quote user="David Cranford"] I've spent somewhere short of $3K on Logos software over the history of my account. Maybe that's not a huge amount in terms of what some others have spent, but let me clearly say--I DON'T KNOW OF ANOTHER SOFTWARE COMPANY THAT HAS GOTTEN MORE OF MY MONEY. Over the last few years I've witnessed Logos or Faithlife become increasingly

Instead this is what my email said: Unlike Logos Now, Faithlife Connect has multiple plans. We’ve migrated you to Faithlife Connect Starter because it’s priced at at $89.99/yr, a

    3. Logos is becoming bloatware. Many of us want powerful Bible software, which you have created. Many of the same people are not at all interested in all the other extras--courses, TV, etc. We want to be able to keep our software updated and nimble at a reasonable cost. $100 a year was reasonable for that. $240 is not. $90 is not reasonable for a greatly

You literally just DOUBLED the price of the LN for less features and resources for us. Price : It used to be $99/year, but now, to get the same features, it would cost us MORE THAN DOUBLE! it's $240.
