Here is what I am sharing today about mother's day (note, I got this off the web, I did not create it): To those who gave birth this year to their first child—we celebrate with you To those who lost a child this year – we mourn with you To those who are in the trenches with little ones every day and wear the badge of food stains – we appreciate you

  • Re: Why do I keep get Logos Not Responding?
It sounds like that many are in the same situation, where the program responds slowly, and for some of us, it gets stuck. Some have solved this problem with a newer and faster computer, but others say that it still happens. Perhaps, we can hear from someone from Logos to contribute. For, me, it is a bit of an embarrassment
guess what.. the bigger your library, the slower your computer going to be. Logos 5 isn't very optimized for large libraries... and they want us to buy those packages .. (they didn't think this thru) For me Logos 5 is like Vista.
Actually, it is not the size of the library that slows Logos down (with the exception of indexing;

  • Re: Why do I keep get Logos Not Responding?

    While your computer is not the quickest thing on the market, part of the issue is that Logos is a slow program. I have a 3.2 Ghz processor with 12 GB of ram, and I still get this message when I use Logos.

Because it had to made a big jump from yesterday to today to be able to be "under development," I am going to take a wait and see approach before I get to excited (like I
I no longer need Logos 5. I'm on a payment plan. I don't want to keep paying for it because I've stopped using it. I'm not looking for a refund. Is it possible to have my account deleted and payments stopped? Thanks!
As Joseph stated, this is a question for customer service. I am going to say no. Just because you stop

The number of books mainly only affects the indexing. I agree with all of the 'fluff.' For me, it was cheaper to buy the L3 OL package and then purchase the books that I use. For me, why buy things
Does anyone know if Logos is planning a version 6 soon? I'm just curious. I ask because I have updated from version 4 to 5 and while I love the program, I was told by the sales person it was quicker, and more stable. I have found version 5 to be wee bit quicker, but only a wee bit. I have to say it sometime can be still unstable
The crash is related to Notes and suggests that the volume of notes may have been the issue. So did you get all of them into L5?
Yes they are, and this is the first time this has happened to me. I put my notes into L3, and once a month or so I import them into L5. Thanks Dave for looking into this.
