  • REQUEST: 1 Verse per Line Filter in "Quran with Christian Commentary"

Since like the Bible, the Quran is formatted in chapter and verses, it would be helpful for locating verses if a visual filter was added to the "Text" volume, to allow the display of just one verse per line line as it is with Bibles.

  • BUG: Quran with Christian Commentary

The Quran with Christian Commentary : A Guide to Understanding the Scripture of Islam is a two volume resource--one for the text of the Quran and one for the commentary. When the text and commentary resources are linked, scrolling through the text resource always results in the commentary resource being replaced with another copy of the text resource

When popup windows open (e.g. when right-clicking on a word in a text, or hovering the cursor over a scripture reference in a commentary), I wish the popup windows would open large enough to display everything contained in the window (i.e. all the options or the entire scripture reference), without having to scroll within the popup window--provided

I'm wondering if anyone who has viewed either of the following courses would mind sharing your thoughts. BI291: The Apocrypha: Witness between the Testaments NT202: A Survey of Jewish History and Literature from the Second Temple Period They both deal with areas of interest to me (NT202 more so I think than BI291), but even at 50% off for MM, Mobile

Kevin, thanks for the walk-thru on that. I have to say though that for a little while I thought I was losing my mind because once I got down to AppData>Local>Logos, the onlly folder listed under the LOGOS folder was an INSTALL folder, and the only folder under that was an INSTALLER folder. Now I've used the path you described many times in the

Thanks for pointing this out Paul. For several years, I've worked at building my Logos library with a broad range of the recommended/highly rated commentary sets, along with background resource sets, theological, exegetical, and word study resources, as well as comparative resources (e.g. Five Views on such and such), etc. I've also invested in a number

  • Obadiah: 1st vs 2nd Edition in Zondervan Exegetical Commentary

The Obadiah volume offered in the March Madness Matchups has the 1st edition of Obadiah vs the current 2nd edition, which I believe was made available within just two years of the 1st edition. Anyone know why a 2nd edition came out so soon after the first and if there are significant improvements in the 2nd edition?

MJ, I'm just a layperson with simple (but important to me) needs and desires when it comes to biblical studies, yet I often wonder about the same point you are making. I suppose my first reflections on that came up early in my use of Logos when I would do searches and not get links to resources I knew had relevant information regarding my searches.
