I get two different views on my iPad when I use it to "take control" of a presentation. Sometimes I am able to see the top image (below) with my iPad in the Portrait orientation, and sometimes I get the other Portrait view (2nd image below). I have never been able to change views and have to remain with the view that shows up when I "take Control" of

I have screen shots and thought I posted them in my post. Can you tell me how to post them and I'll try again. Thanks

I'm having the same issue and see it almost every time we use the iPad (3 different services on each Sunday). This past week I got the error message 4 or 5 times during the first service and had to have our sound booth person help me out since I was on the stage with the iPad.

Is there any way to switch between these two views of the iPad controlling a Proclaim "on-air" presentation? Both views are in the Portrait view, but I can't figure out how to change from one to the other. Sometimes one shows up and other times the other shows up. I like the view where there are 2 full slides showing in the display but can't find out

Hmmmm. It was not the view you posted, but I just went back to try to give you a better description and it seems to be working fine now...guess I had some sort of a gremlin in my system that isn't there any more. Thanks again for a great program!

I'm referring to the slides that appear after you "Take Control" of the "On Air" presentation that I want to control with my iPad

I've been using Proclaim on both Windows and Mac computers and controlling the presentation remotely using an iPad most of the time without issues. Quite a while ago when using the iPad to control the presentation I found that when using the portrait mode on the iPad numerous slides displayed on the left half of the screen. Then for the past several

Sorry Matt, I meant to ask if your programmers can move the position of the countdown timer slightly to the left. I have no issues with my inability to move the timer's position. Just wondering if in a future update if your programmers can move the countdown timer's position slightly to the left to ensure the timer's last digit is projected in full

For the past several months, I've played 3 videos back-to-back in our Worship Service on my MacBook Pro with little to no issues. However, this week, with the latest Proclaim update, I noticed that after uploading a video the settings were already set to "When the clip ends: Automatically advance to the next slide" which made me extremely happy. Previously

Is there any possibility of moving the Countdown timer shown on the projection screen slightly to the left. It is so tight against the edge of the border that when projected, the last digit usually doesn't completely show for us. Thanks for all you do to enhance Proclaim. Our church loves it! Pastor Brian

I'm using Proclaim 1.2 build 156 on a MacBook Pro. When I add a song, Proclaim allows me to select Show Title on title slide or the first lyric slide or on the final slide. On a Windows PC it also allows me to select Show title on every slide. Can you make that choice (every slide) available on the Mac version of Proclaim? Thanks Pastor Brian

I'm using Proclaim 1.2 build 156 on a MacBook Pro. I love the way you changed the video upload feature so that we can now continue to edit the rest of the Order of Service simultaneously, however, on the bottom left corner of the screen it says "Uploading name of video (0%). It remains at 0% the entire time then eventually it completely goes away. There

I've had a very similar issue using a MacBook Pro and an iPad2 both connected wirelessly to our network. However, when using a Windows desktop connected to our network via a LAN and the iPad wirelessly connected to our network I did not have any issues.

Issue: Can't control presentation when using MacBook Pro and iPad (remote) Solution: It appears that when I use the MacBook Pro connect to internet via WAN and the iPad via the same WAN I cannot control the presentation via iPad (remote). However, when I connect via a LAN and the iPad via WAN all appears to work well.

I'll try signing in with the same userid this weekend. I have an iPad 2 with the most recent iOS. Thanks

Earlier last week I tested my MacBook Pro and iPad and had no issues, however on Sunday morning I did have an issue. I have all programs on my MacBook Pro turned off so only Proclaim is running. I am on the same wireless network. I am logged in on both with the same username and password. However, Sunday evening I logged into the Windows PC with another

I'm using a MacBook Pro to run Proclaim and my iPad 2 to run the Proclaim Remote, however, the Remote does not work. I have to wait quite a long time until I can see the schedule to take control of and then I can't change any of the slides. However, when I use a Windows PC and my iPad 2 as a remote everything works well. Thanks for all you do. Pastor

After two attempts to upload video (crashes on the first attempt) I was successful, however, after shutting down Proclaim and then opening it up again, I got a "unable to Synchronize" error and never am able to go "On Air" with my Mac

I am also unable to use the video settings on my Mac

I'm using a Macbook Pro connected to a projector and an iPad 2 as a remote with Proclaim. Yesterday, remote worked well until I selected the video and then remote locked up and I could no longer use it. Since I already started teaching Sunday School I was unable to select any slide displayed on the remote. I'm assuming a shut down of Proclaim and remote
