Graham, do you mind informing me what BHS / BHW would be? I've got Halot but nothing pops up in colour nor do I have the "emphasize active references" which must be in either one of these references you mention.

Stephen, updates are rather frequent but one I've been whining about since December is still being resisted from being fixed by Logos. Today, I get a reminder regarding Factbook - super - one or more problems with that though, it's still not working correctly. Amazing! :-]

Both answers make so much sense but the email I receive should at least lead me directly to the advertised product. Thanks again for the replies guys!

One gets an email from Logos advertising a Book on Ephesians. Clicking on it sends one things like Twitter, without a way to get at the Book. If there's a way, man, it's no easy way to get to it. Why do they do this??? Every day, you can get 50% off a Logos resource through our Twitter daily deals. This week, we’re partnering with Baker Publishing Group

GH Lang would be an asset. I doubt though very much, that he would have accepted the old sectarian title "Plymouth brethren" ... :-)

Thank you for that Rosie. I couldn't find anything to change colours but being a man, I thought an option might be right there in front of me and I still couldn't see it. Thus the question. Appreciate your feedback!

I've two questions. Type in "widow" in the Search under Basic. Every place widow is mentioned, it is highlighted in yellow. Let's say I click on B5 Not Helping Widows ... the extra window opens of course, with "widow" highlighted again in yellow. 1) Can the word "widow" be highlighted in an different colour and if yes, how? 2) Can one have it so that

O Charles, maybe you could elaborate on the "drop down menu for the resource tab" ... also with regards to scrolling through the popups, I'm sure if Online Bible can do it .......... well, this is another one that has me wondering. Why doesn't Logos simply make that viable?
-
I'm wondering how important (actually I'm not) fixing Community Tags on the Timeline is to Logos? Even if they were to remove the parts that do not work instead of leaving it there useless. We get updates every week but issues such as this are not being addressed. What would even be better, is for Logos to tell us up front these things are "not" going

Personally there toughhski, I don't think it's no never mind regarding the gramer - my orginall question was asnwered.
-
Well there Whndell, I thought dispensationalist underlined things twice, not just once. Consequently, they're only making half a point. :-}
-
Greg, thanks for pointing that out. I hadn't a clue about that but do now. Merry Christmas sir!!!
-
I'm looking at the beginning of the New American Commentary on the Revelation and right at the outset, it's all underlined by so many people. Is there a way to get rid of the underlining in this?
-
I enjoyed my first shutdown today. It's good to see Dictionaries etc being updated but problems that are problems and have been for a long time now are "not" being fixed. One I mentioned here several weeks ago regarding Factbook was said to have been being worked on back then. I still have to question as to what takes three weeks or better to fix a

It's got to be them there SSD Drives everyone is ranting about! :-)

Never knew that before about maps being loaded from the servers, so if we're offline, no maps, correct? How and why does that work this way? Graham, after I posted this, I only then saw your explanation which makes sense. Thanks!
-
Is that a snag everyone is having regarding the Atlas / maps? I'm asking that because I'm having no problem with these, other than them being very slow loading. I'm using a 7200rpm HD / 16 Gigs of RAM on an ASUS ROGUE. Why am I thinking maps were loading fast(er) in Logos 5?

I think what we need is about 2500 new religions and another Bible translation, something ridiculous, you know, like the new one just out ... what is that one called -------- OH YES, The Living Log Translation, I mean The Living Tree Translation. That's it!!! Definitely!!! Now where was I --- oh, now I remember --- I was knitting my next toaster out

Maybe if one of the programmers gets bored at home, he, she or it will come on down and fix this in a couple hours. So the tense is present, Bradley. This is not something that *will* be worked on but is presently. That's good to know. Keep us posted, even long after we've realized it's been fixed. :-}

Thank you! Thank you very much! So I'll remember that each Friday, the "Servers" go pads up! :-]
