• Re: Apocrypha Commentary

The Speakers Commentary series has 2 volumes of OT Apocrypha commentaries. It's Anglican and it's on Community Pricing in Logos: http://www.logos.com/product/15463/the-speakers-commentary We need more bidders to get in to production.

Hi! The Community pricing sort by progress shows still resources in wrong order (looks like random order). It's difficult to follow how the resources are progressing.

  • Re: A Wish-list for my account

This seems to be suggested time to time. It would be really helpful to have a wishlist feature in logos.com. Many times I notice an interesting resource in the pages that I could add to wishlist if there would be the feature. Then I could later check the list if I could buy some of the resources now or in the near future and the others maybe later.

  • Re: can't open logos blog

Yes. It's up to your Internet service providers DNS-server (how quickly it gets the information that the blog.logos.com IP-address has been changed). When you type blog.logos.com to your browser it contacts to the DNS-server and gets the real address of the blog (IP-address) from there, and if the information is not updated yet your browser opens a

Hi! The Comparison charts misses also these new JG package resources: - The Lexham Syntactic Greek New Testament: SBL Edition (3 vols.) - The Lexham Clausal Outlines of the Greek New Testament: SBL Edition This page should also be updated: http://www.logos.com/4/missingfeatures (PB has already been released, 2011 Q2 is history now).

  • Re: can't open logos blog

It usually takes some time when a new IP-address is being updated to all the DNS-servers. During that time the blog should show to others and to others not (yet).

  • Re: Recommendations for Preacher's Commentary

If you have bought WBC recently (within 6 months I suppose) you can ask for discount to Nelson Bible Reference Bundle http://www.logos.com/product/9653/nelson-bible-reference-bundle that includes both the WBC and the Preacher's Commentary Series plus much more. That's how I did.

I think Logos should update the Missing features page. It's outdated.
I dont see any point in adding ficticious Page nos where they are different to the printed edition
Hi! I agree with DominicM. We should use the same page numbers as the original printed versions. If we'll put different page numbering and someone wants to refer to the resource, he will get a wrong page number in his note

  • Command menu

Hi! Logos4 should have a "Command" button near the command box, so that when you click the button there would pop up a tree structured menu with all the commands available in Logos4. I like the feature I can write the command to the box, but many times I don't know/remember the right command. Then I just need to search it from the help or the wiki.

What about the free Logos 4 engine + the free resources available in logos.com (perhaps also some old free Libronix resources) + a good cheap basic resource, like ESV Study Bible (or The Lutheran Study Bible including ESV for Lutherans, etc.) as a start? And when the PB store will be launched the pastor could make some PB Bible study material available

  • Re: What Bible translation are missing from Logos that should be in Logos?

There should be at least one free Bible translation for... let's say about 200 most common languages. Logos should be more internationally oriented. Currently there's a Bible just for 28 languages (some of them are not available as a separate product, but only in the SESB) and 4 of them are free.
