Having a collapsible ToC panel in notes windows (like regular resources have) would make navigating the notes files easier. Please consider this.
I have to heartily agree with this suggestion.

I'm still using L3. I love it actually. But I also love L4, and use it as well. I use L3 1/2 of the time - and L4 the other 1/2. I've owned L3 for a while but am just now learning to really use it. I'm also learning to use L4. I think that if the bugs (speed optimizations, & minor quirks, etc.) are worked out and the missing features are implemented
I would rather have an ugly looking interface for a program that works than a good looking interface for a program that I cannot use. Thus, I hope this suggestion makes it into the 'to-do' queue, but after the changes to the note portion of L4.
Hi Tom, I couldn't have said it better than you did. I completely agree

I think it would be very helpful to create a new section where Logos users can post tips and tricks they have learned in using the software, for the benefit of newer users. This new section would have 2 sub-sections - one for Logos 4 tips , and one for Logos 3 tips . It would be ONLY for things like tips, tricks, work-arounds, and miscellaneous solved

The easiest way is to use the Layouts feature. Once you get the resources you want on the screen you just save that Layout and then you can always get back to that point. PS: It helps to watch the tutorial videos that are available on the Logos website.

There seem to be several books that just don't want to finish downloading when you use the Update Scripts. I had to run it several times - each time noting which books it would get hung up on. There were about 10 books or so that it would it would just keep downloading over and over again until the Error 7 would pop-up on the screen. I have the Scholar

I had the exact same problem when I ran the update script for the Scholars Gold Library so I could use the books in L3. I don't know if Logos has a solution yet but here's what I did to fix it and get all of the books. I had to run the update script several times. And each time I ran it, I would jot down which books were not downloading properly - and

Logos - Could someone please help me with this Logos 3 issue? (in my post above) Does anyone know how to do this? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe I'll just have to call Logos Technical Support.

I have a nice workspace with several Bibles , and Commentaries available via the Parallel Resources button in each window or tile. But my problem is that when I run a Passage Guide and it lists, for example, all my Commentaries - if I click on a link to one of the Commentaries that is already available (& open) in a tile - Logos 3 still opens another

No one knows. Really?

I have several Bible Commentaries in Logos (3 & 4) which are in a series format. And in L3 I've created a Serial Recource association for my latest one - The Bible Speaks Today, NT . So far - so good. Now, the problem I'm having is that when I click on the parallel resources button for The Bible Speaks Today, NT commentary set and the menu opens so

Okay, I know that Logos 4 is supposed to be much more " graphics " oriented than previous versions, and that's alright up to a point. But there are several areas where the graphics just are not needed . One of them is the Parallel Resources drop down menu's in L4. (4.0b beta 12). Here's the problem: When you click on the Parallel Resources Icon - in

Hello, I'm having a minor problem with my ESV Reverse Interlinear English-Greek NT. I have Logos 3 installed on 2 computers; a laptop and my home desktop PC. Well today I noticed that the Strongs numbers have disappeared from the ESV Reverse Interlinear NT . They're still there in the ESV Reverse Interlinear Hebrew OT , and in all my other Interlinears

Thank you so much Kevin! Wow. Easy Fix. I have no idea how it got un-checked, because it had been working fine with Strongs numbers showing. Although I have to admit that I have really been tweaking the settings of Logos 3 and getting it to work just how I prefer. I must have inadvertantly un-checked that or something. There are just so many settings

Suggestion: Please change the way that Logos 4 starts up. What I mean by that is this: If, the last time you used Logos, you had a Search , or Passage Guide, or Exegetical Guide running - then, when you start Logos 4 again, it takes forever to start the program up. It takes so long to start up again because , Logos 4 actually RUNS the last Search ,
+1 Please don't reload the guides at startup. Thanks.
Yes, I like the way you put it. Short and sweet. Logos, Please make this change: - DO NOT reload the Guides when Logos 4 starts up!

I didn't start out buying a base package when I started with Logos 3/ Libronix. I bought several lesser packages over the course of a couple of years. I guess I just never thought I could afford to buy a base Library package back then. However, I bought the Scholars Gold Library (in L4) a while ago, and I was hoping that the Biblical People Add-in would
Right click the Libronix shortcut, select Properties and add /nosplash to the Target. eg. "C:\Program Files\Libronix DLS\System\LDLS.exe" /nosplash
Okay. Cool. I can turn it off, but now how 'bout changing it to a different image? And thanks for that tip, by the way
