Price for me is about $195, but then, I own the JPS Torah Commentary, most of the John Walton books, the IVP dictionaries, the Anchor Bible Dictionary...
Thanks Ben. Hopefully there's something similar in the future with resources I already own so I can get a more affordable deal

Thanks all, there are quite a few commentaries & data sets I don't already own so had a feeling this was legit but should I be bothered that I don't see the "Nephilim-Sized Savings" as the original poster has put? Just don't want to be missing out if I can save a heap

How is everyone's price so low? I'm a connect subscriber too so not sure if that should make a bigger difference

I also wonder if there's an opportunity for Faithlife to give us a heads up in future when it comes to publisher restrictions. Surely they know in advance that publisher "ABC" is deciding to not release products outside of the US from such & such a date so it gives us advance warning & maybe we could buy up some resources. As we say down under

My initial assumption would be that this is the only thing that really matters.
Thanks for that. Over here the billing address is our actual physical address hence my question. And

Rueben, I'm assuming you also pay with a US debit/credit card? I did think of the VPN option & it sounded strange to me when I was told. Thing is, I changed my address to where I'll be staying in the US & used a VPN to test out that theory but still no good. I'm assuming it's because I was using my aussie debit card as payment. Also tried using

Yep not allowed in Australia either as I bought this up a few days ago. I have half the volumes of That the World May Know discovery guides & went to buy them last week to no avail, along with any other Zondervan title it seems Upon using logos chat I was told that requirements to get around this are a US postal address, US debit/credit card &

  • Re: Country Restrictions on ebooks

Thanks for the reply Graham. I was kinda hoping that when I'm in the USA I could but them then since I'd be in the country where it would be distributed. A bit like buying a physical book not available here but taking back home on the plane with me. Can anyone from faithlife confirm please?

  • Country Restrictions on ebooks

So I am a big fan of the That the World May Know series of videos & have purchased 8 of the 15 books previously when finances have permitted but as I was going to purchase more of the series yesterday I see this "Unable to distribute Israel's Mission Discovery Guide: A Kingdom of Priests in a Prodigal World to your country." I'm assuming this boils
JPS resources are absolutely legit , some of the best Jewish scholarship available. I think I own every JPS resource available in Logos. My point was that they translate Dt 6:4 as "alone" rather than "one" in spite of the fact that it can be used to bolster the position of those (like us) who hold to a complex monotheism even though
It should be noted that the Jewish Publication Society are most definitely not believers in Jesus!
Matthew, I'd be keen to hear why on this as I have a few resources from JPS that I thought were legit but happy to be corrected
Adam You now have Logos Fundamentals. It seems wise to channel efforts into making this package a user friendly package... If new users can learn Logos Fundamentals and not be overwhelmed by all the bells and whistles, then they would be willing to put their feet deeper into more advanced features. This would be my suggestion. [

  • Making the same note appear against several different verses

Is it possible when making a note to apply it to several different passages? For instance the term "ten towns" appears 3 times in the NT & I have my note file against Mark 7:31 however there is also a mentioning in Matthew 4:25 & Mark 5:20. Rather than copy & paste against each verse can I make one note file that appears with all 3 once
Yes it’s worth the investment and yes you keep all the resources and whatever features the package comes with even if you cancel your FL Connect subscription. You would, however, lose any “subscription based features” if you cancel FL Connect (No Library) and any other benefits that come with your subscription, except
Just an update for others - I contacted sales directly and they were able to apply the coupon code to the Faithlife Ebooks store, so if you were interested in something from that store, you can use the coupon if you go through sales.
Sales couldn't do this for me as it is a logos.com only code I was told

My Dynamic price is just under $30 & am strongly considering it but have 2 questions 1. With a Faithlife Connect (No Library) subscription which ends around May next year would it be worth the investment particularly since it seems Logos 8 is around the corner? 2. Is it like a "base package" where if I cancel above subscription do I keep the resources
