    This latest update to 10.13 seems very fast. Must admit haven't had much time to play around. There were a few issues with iTunes and iPhone connectivity - couldn't sync - but that is fixed with this update. The issue with Logos was the only real issue I have had and that is now resolved - must say I have really appreciated the help from this Forum

    Feel a bit embarrassed now that I have put you all to so much trouble -- Just received the latest High Sierra update 10.13 (17A315) Everything is now working again -- seems like the trouble was with Apple not Logos. Just finished this install a few minutes ago -- but back to normal!! Once again thank you! Blessings,

    Will not open to Home page - just keeps spinning. Across the bottom is a bar like a barcode. I just tried opening to an old Layout and it opened - but is locked in that layout - spinning beach ball. Can't create a new one -- But it looks like it is late over there so please leave it until tomorrow -- I can cope thank you very much though.

    Yes I can open to a blank page - although it contimues to try and sync.

    Good morning Philana, Logos 7.8.0.0031 High Sierra 10.13 I assume it is the APFS. Logos was working perfectly on High Sierra and I have the same set up exactly on my Mac-mini and Logos works just the same as ever on that. I am guessing, but I think Logos 7.8 was the last update? Thank you again for your persistence.

    Thank you for that very quick response! I do realize you do not support High Sierra yet - but Logos waas working wonderfully as usual until this morning. Philana how do I create logs? - even restarting the computer and Logos it is still frozen - I do have a screen shot.

    Macbook Pro - on High Sierra -- Logos completely frozen, home page will not load and will not Update Now. Can only force quit and re-open to same problem.

    I am having the same problem - but only on my Mac Mini - OS Sierra. No Homepage at all - can open Library, resources and Bible etc. but cannot load Homepage - started and restarted computer - done all I know.

    I have this same issue as well -- the copy Bible verse works but the copy and paste option does not respond to the mouse - is not active it seems.

    Firstly thank you all for responding so quickly! I have found a solution - I opened Logos holding down the CMD key and then started up in offline mode -- went to options and turned off all but devotions, preferred bible and daily reading and then restarted as normal -- everything works fine. Would appear the problem is something to do with the other

    Thank you for your amazingly quick response! I have followed your instructions and deleted the error file - however it has not resolved the problem - and of course produces another error file each time, however I know how to delete that now. Any other suggestions would still be appreciated -- I have sent an email to support as well. Just for anyone

    Issue resolved!!! Thank you Richard and Alabama -- I truly appreciate the quick response and help -- and forgive me for not posting more detail about OS etc. Richard I went to control panel and found 2 Logos Prerequisites installed - so I deleted both and restarted Logos 5 - it then installed and updated to the latest beta version. Everything is now

    Thank you Alabama, I have tried this in response to your reply -- unfortunately I come up with the same error -- downloaded from the link - installed and then the same "Logos Prerequisites is already installed" -- shuts down. I imagine that this is why I am so far behind in the beta program - I am unable to install the updates. I am tempted to uninstall

    Logos Bible Software 5.1a Beta 2 (5.1.1.0578) Every time I start Logos I get an "Update is ready to be installed" notice - when I run the update it appears to update but then comes up with a "Logos 5 Prerequisites is already installed" and closes down. If I say don't install the update Logos loads and operates as normal -- and installs all resource

    Thanks, the issue now seems to have resolved itself -- start-up is now much quicker - seems after last update and download it is now okay.
