Levi, At this point I do not seem to be able to edit the title of the post that started this thread. Perhaps it's due to the replies associated with it at this point. So I could not add "bug" to the description MJ Smith, thanks for submitting the bug report !
The Atlas visual filter is linked to Biblical Events more than places. For example: If you want to find a place in the Atlas, right-click the place name; make sure it's selected as a "Place" in the right-hand side of the context menu, then click Altas in the left side. Hope this helps.
Awesome, Thanks Levi :)

I checked the box for the Visual Filter for Atlas Maps on my ESV and NIV bibles. How do I utilize the function so that I can find map resources for say Jerusalem. I was expecting some sort of notation/link inline such that when I click on it map resources are pulled. I thought it might work like the speaker and timeline markers. Thanks
It looks like at some point in the past you elected to obtain a copy of someone else's notes. To view only notes written by you, click the "You" facet under "Author" in the facet list on the left side of the screen.
Thanks !

I have never dived into notes. My question is when I open the Notes application, I see many entries I did not create. How are those created and can I control or filter those entries. Thanks See screen shot attached:

I thought there might be a way to drop/drag images onto the canvas, but I have not found that it was possible. Am I correct on that?
Yes. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to drag, import, paste external images in to Canvas. Hopefully, this feature will be coming along soon. [/quote

How do you create info cards for use in the Canvas Tool?
Use the Insert Passage tool at the top bar in Canvas to insert a passage. That will insert your passage in to a Text Flow component. Select the Text Flow component by clicking on it. Then click on a word to see the Info Cards populate

How do you create info cards for use in the Canvas Tool?
Yes, now in the library on the left side in the filters you can go to Added or Updated and choose "Today" and it will show you the titles.
Thanks !! All sorted out !!

I no longer see the details of what resources are being added. It used to be that the number and titles affected were listed. Did this change in Logos 8?

Thanks John Fidel -
I would compare it to 'Other References' in the Info tool, because the Concordance tool doesn't cater for 'Other References' e.g. Literary Type, Figure of Speech, Intertext, etc. PG Concordance section summarises a passage range for an 'Other Reference' like Figure of Speech. But Info tool will show all 'Other References'

Anyone have insights into using the Concordance Tool vs The Concordance guide as a practical matter? Thanks

Does the smaller index improve performance ?
