• Re: Interesting problem with Hyperlinks in Libronix and Logos

After a lot of tinkering I stumbled upon the solution. I had the reverse problem Jeremy had: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/21806/163369.aspx The solution to Jeremy's problem can be found here: http://wiki.logos.com/Hyperlinks
Problem: Libronix executes the protocol instead of Logos 4 Some users have reported this after running the scripts

  • Re: Interesting problem with Hyperlinks in Libronix and Logos

It worked fine until last week. When I clicked on a hyperlink from Logos 5 it opened Logos 5 at that resource. When I clicked on a link from Libronix, it opened Libronix at that resource. I changed nothing I am aware of, which is strange. A hyperlink from Libronix looks like this: libronixdls:jump|pos=LLS-AOL%3A449%3CBIBLE.17.1%3E.3597.0|ref=bible.17

  • Interesting problem with Hyperlinks in Libronix and Logos

Please help, I still use Libronix with Logos 5. I use OneNote for certain Note-taking and hyperlinks work a charm to keep track of where I found certain quotations. Unfortunately it suddenly stopped working. Suddenly, when I copy a hyperlink from Libronix to OneNote, the link open Logos 5 instead of Libronix. Can anyone help me fix this?

  • Is it still possible to Sync your L3/Libronix license?

Hi, I am trying to sync my L3/Libronix license, but Libronix keeps on telling me that I need an internet connection. My internet connection is fine and my Firewall allows Libronix to connect to the internet. Has the ability to sync also been stopped with support?

Hi Manuel, Have you found a solution yet? I have the same problem. I tried various things with no luck. I also tried the IE9 patch. Perhaps it has to do with our computers? I also have a Dell XPS17

I did not reinstall the program. I did managed to log in at the end, but it required a few retries. Not sure why or how, but at least I have been logged in at the
My question is, is it safe to download my resources again?
I am certainly not downloading anything until this is sorted out. It costs way to much in terms of both time and money. I actually enjoyed using Logos for Android. Doing some study or reading while waiting for my kids etc. But unfortunately I am done with Logos for Android for
Hi Bob, I appreciate the candor. I'd like to reinforce that this is more than an "inconvenience" for some users. Take a look at this thread for an example of a person who will be paying more than $50US to re-download her data. I'd suggest a significant warning that downloaded books may need re-downloading.
Hi Pete, thanks for coming

Hi Ward, I live in South Africa and I pay per MB for my internet as a whole. I do use WiFi with my phone, but I still pay per MB to have internet. I pay about $50 for 2GB of data. Not cheap, and that is why I am a bit unhappy about this happening. By the way, I found this thread regarding the same problem. It appears as if quite a lot of people experienced

  • What Happened to my resources?

I wonder if I am the only one who experienced this. Recently I opened Logos for Android and all my resources were gone, except for the ASV Bible. I downloaded quite a lot of resources to my phone over the last few months. I do not understand where they gone. Looking in the Phone\Android\data\com.logos.androidlogos\install\resources folder of my phone

  • Re: Is it worth studying Greek?

I studied both Hebrew and Greek and I do not think that every Christian must be able to read these languages, but they do offer certain advantages. If you have the opportunity to study Greek and Hebrew, do it. That said, with the current tools available, these languages are a lot more accessible than before. The biggest advantage of studying Biblical

  • Re: Doing Passage Guide and Word Studies Offline
I've already had to download a competitor app for access to simple search--even off-line. Can' t wait to be able to ditch it, though no such off-line function has been announced.
Yes, I agree. Not being able to do a simple search in a Bible is a bit pedestrian for software like Logos. Hopefully they will fix this in the near future.

  • Doing Passage Guide and Word Studies Offline

Perhaps I missed this post somewhere, but why can't I use Passage Guide or Word Study in offline mode? I downloaded more than enough resources to my phone to accomplish these tasks without internet connection. Am I missing something? Thanks.
