Thaxton, included in my Scholars Gold upgrade a couple of years ago, does not appear in My Library as either an unlocked or locked resource (whether searched for by title or author).
Greetings! I am considering upgrading my laptop (getting a new one and getting rid of this one) and as such, I will need to install LOGOS. How do I go about getting a copy for my new computer? I recently downloaded the upgrade to LOGOS 4, so I do not have the CD. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Geoffrey Tidd [/quote
Kind of doubt C/S re-writes update scripts or checks previous statements on Gottingen files. But hope you have a good new year anyway. You and everyone else there really work hard.
While they don't rewrite the scripts, they can find out which resources are getting stuck when trying download and pass that information
Deborah ... there really seems to be a problem that systemical to the ftp downloading process. A few days back I bought some volumes ... I used the Logos site button to download to L3 and no problems. Then it ran the script to check for resource updates, for which there were a bunch. I check them all and then 'as usual
Deborah - thanks. The logs are attached. Robert 0160.Logos4.log
Robert, In revewing you logs, there are a couple things that we can do. First, restart your computer, open Logos 4 again and see if the download starts successfully. If that does not work, restart the modem or even hardwire into it and see if that

Robert, Sorry to hear you are having problems with the software completing its download. Since the download is not completing successfully, I'd recommend uploading logs from the software so we can check into them and see what is going on. Steps for how to get diagnostic logs are here , and the steps for how to upload them are here . Thank you,
I have been a light user of Logos 3. My computer crashed and I took that as a good time to upgrade to Logos 4 and begin learning to use it more in depth. (I'm really enjoying all the videos people have created.) I have the Original Languages version. I remember an interactive diagram that had a word at the center with related
Merry Christmas everyone! Well I did it. I took the plunge and have to say I'm amazed at what this software can do! The width and breath of the resources is astounding. It will take me years to be able to develop complete mastery of all this information.
Couldn't resist this typo from Timothy George, Mr Moody and the Evangelical Tradition (London; New York: T&T Clark, 2004), 18-19: Moody readily expressed his indebtedness to con temporaries like Charles Haddon Spurgeon, C. H. Mackintosh and Henry Moorhouse. I'm not sure Mr Moody was trying to CON anyone, nor that these guys
Is anyone else having trouble accessing the ftp update site? I ran the script and it says there are 208MB of updates available but it keeps timing out downloading them. I tried accessing the ftp site manually and downloading them but it times out when I try to download a file. I've been trying for a week with no success.
I just purchased 2 works for Lib3. I clicked the unlock/download button on the order page after submitting my cc info. Both works downloaded, but when I open up Lib3 and click on the works I downloaded, I get a window with their description and an "unlock resource" link. Aren't these supposed to have already been unlocked
