Restarted - nothing, deleted resource and restarted tried to load without downloading - nothing, downloaded resource and restarted - nothing turned notes and community notes off, scrolling view on screen shows only 3 lines on top left and the name of the resource next to it then the rest of the screen is blank.

I just got the smaller iPad pro for work and loaded Logos and my resources onto it. When I try to bring up The Bible Knowledge Commentary it just shows a blank screen. Other resources work fine. I also have the larger iPad pro and it works fine on that. Everything is a fresh load today with all updates. Have tried to delete and redownload BKC several

Just checked it again and now 223 resources are showing up when I search for offline. I'm downloading now. Didn't work as late as earlier this evening. I did nothing.

There's only 1 resource on the iPad right now. I did rebuild and still won't find all my resources that are tagged "offline" on the server.
-
mytag:offline yields the same result, 128 resources found rebuild resources on my MBP? Why? My MBP works fine and my iPhone works fine
-
offline Typed exactly the same way on all 3 devices.
-
After reading the replies and looking at my post it is now obvious that I wasn't very clear. Sorry about that. I'll try to clear up my communication problem. The resources on my MBP are fine. They are still there and the tag "offline" is still on 228 resources. On my iPhone there are 223 resources that are downloaded and don't seem to have been affected
-
I've read about the server problem and that it's suppose to be fixed now. On my MBP I've labeled 228 resources as "offline". This allows me to find the resources that I want on my iPhone and iPad quickly and easily. However, resources have disappeared and now the "offline" search isn't fully working. I do a search for offline on my iPhone and I get

This problem is still happening and it's REALLY irritating!!! If I didn't have so much money sunk into this software I'd seriously think about finding something else. I love the software for the most part but this jumping around is a bug. It shouldn't do this. What is so hard to make one source the master source and have the linked source follow it
-
I found a place where I can get the scrolling problem to replicate. Here is a video of it. You have to look closely since you can't see me scrolling. I scrolled a few lines at a time and scrolled slowly. When the text jumps is when the software jumped the text, not me scrolling. It is inconsistent and it will sometimes jump when I'm scrolling the other

What times are they in?
-
By active do you mean when the blue strip is above the resource name? It still happens and that's the problem. When using the bible as the active source the commentary will force it to the commentary's range even thought the bible is the active source being used. If I close and open Logos I can replicate this 99% of the time. As a matter of fact the

Closed everything but the bible and commentary. Still does the same thing.

Here it is. Copy and paste in a new window. http://www.dslrcameras.com/Logos_bug.swf

I'll work on it later today. I'm assuming that you want me to record myself replicating this problem, correct?
-
Using Mac Only 2 sources are linked I've got multiple sources opened in tabs in 2 widows Bible is on the left and BKC is on the right
-
I looked at the support page and it looks to me like they say to post in the forums. I do see that I should have posted with a keyword in the title like "bug" but I don't know how to change the title name now. It seems random but I think I might have figured it out. I'll go through the steps I did to repeat what happens. I'm using the latest update
-
I'm using NIV and BKC most of the time. It isn't something that happens every time but happens much of the time. It happens often every time I use Logos but when trying to duplicate it the problem doesn't occur every instance. I hope the fix isn't having to use the windows version.

I had another thread about this problem a while ago. No answers were produced. I have a link between my bible and commentary. Prior to Logos 5 my commentary would very politely follow my bible wether I jumped to a passage or scrolled. During scrolling the commentary would jump to its next section as I scrolled my bible. If I stopped scrolling my bible
