Thanks for the info Clinton.

After receiving no response from Logos, I decided to email support with my problems with my eGPU. No response, so I emailed again. No response the second time. I then decided to call. After being on hold for a very long time, I was told that Logos does not work with eGPUs and there is no plan to change that in the immediate future. Now it is one thing

I don't but like I said, I don't use it because I'm not sure where or what the problem is. It's hard to believe that it is only isolated to one word.

I've stop using the morphology chart because I'm not sure that it can be trusted.

I am looking at subscribing to the premiere package in order to gain access to the four mobile ed videos per year. I already own Logos 8 and a vast library so the mobile ed videos are the only major benefit to me. Does this make sense or is there a better way? Thanks!
The forums are not a primary means of communication with FL. If a bug is reported in the forums, and confirmed by other users, we hound FL to respond until they do.
That was my understanding but they reply often enough that it gives the impression that it is a primary means of communication.

Sound advice. Thanks Mike.

Thanks for the replies. I notice that Faithlife will sometimes respond to bug reports on these forums and other times not respond. It seems inconsistent. It is extremely frustrating to see Faithlife respond to many bug reports but then totally ignore yours.

Are these forums the best place to post a bug report?

Oh, I got it. Thanks Beloved. I was double clicking on the headword with no success. Thanks for the quick tutorial. How did you know about the change? I obviously missed something.

Is this it? LLS:46.30.4 2019-03-11T22:10:28Z LOUWNIDA.logos4

I'm still showing the old behavior. This issue has been fixed?
-
It appears that notes is also affected in the same manner. Logos definitely has problems with eGPUs. I realize that most Logos users don't use an eGPU so this is low priority for Faithlife but it would still be nice to get a response.
-
Any thoughts on this?

I have a MacBook Pro hooked up to an eGPU. Whenever I disconnect the eGPU and then reconnect, the Home page appears blank. The links are still there but the page is invisible. I have to quit and restart Logos to get the tiles to appear again. On a side note, it appears that Logos does not take advantage of the eGPU. Atlas and the home page are choppy
As Graham says, Analysis view is doing a huge amount of processing, across multiple databases — and there's not really an equivalent in Accordance to compare it with.
Ok, fair enough. I'm happy to find out that Analysis searches in Greek are significantly faster than searches in English.
-
Why? That makes no sense to me. Most of the time the animation is running is taken up with background tasks that have no impact on your ability to use the results of the search. Surely all that matters is whether you can use the results of the search.
Ok, so what about the Analysis option? Nothing appears until the

Hello Graham, We are indeed searching different words. I did a search for heis (rough breathing mark). I believe you did a search on eis (smooth). I'm measuring the time from when I hit enter until the search animation finishes (the flashing/pulsating horizontal boxes).

Thanks for the reply Mark. I was searching the KJV 1900. I repeated the same search on the NA27 (I've not yet acquired the NA28) with the following results. Verses = 6 secs Analysis = 4 secs Weird that the analysis was actually faster. I tested several times with the same results. It is hard to imagine that Logos runs that much faster on PCs than Macs
